Never Again/Does Not Honor Its Return Policies
I purchased the Audien Atom Pro 2 in May, 2025. The hearing aids had horrific feedback, and on the call with Audien's Hearing specialist, after she evaluated the issue, she explained that the pair was defective, and asked me to return them. The new pair was better, but still had terrible feedback on one ear, which the hearing specialist then said was due to my ear canal being a little larger than average. He explained that it was possible that hearing aids might not work for me as they're not effective for everyone. He suggested I return the hearing aids for a less effective, cheaper pair that is "20% larger". He said I would be refunded the difference, but Audien decided to process my return as a 0 dollar exchange, with the new unit priced at full retail, and the discounted unit only refunded at the sale price. They also told me I need to buy a replacement warranty, even though the one I bought for the old unit was not refunded. The net effect? I would owe additional money for a unit that is less effective and should be $75 cheaper. I contacted Audien again to cancel the replacement order, and again, Audien required ANOTHER appointment with a "hearing specialist", who suddenly could not figure out how to call me without using Meet-- even though the other reps had noted I don't have a smartphone. While I am very disappointed in Audien and its tactics, I am sadly going to have to chalk this up as a lesson learned-- and have told other family members to just see an audiologist rather than going with an OTC company that does not honor its guarantees and return policies.

Evasive Customer Service
I recently received my ATOM Pro-2. Feedback was terrible no matter what I did! I tried all the domes at a low volume setting and still did not eliminate the feedback. I had a call from a specialist which was no help. I requested return and refund but was told I have to make an appointment with a specialist first (even though I already talked to one!). You cannot talk to a real person except through the appointment! Everything is robot answering! This company is very evasive when it comes to customer service!!

ION Pro are a game changer
These ION Pro hearing aids are a game changer. My mother tried several but even at max volume she couldn't hear. These at 20% are ample for her. She said, "these make me hear like hearing I was born with". The new chip works great and the app is easy to use. Ordered and arrived fast. I will buy from Audien Hearing in the future.

Once Upon a Lost Delivery
I was anxious to receive my replacement Audien ION hearing aids. But, time was passing fast, day after day and no hearing aids. Where were they? I had no alternative but to contact Audien Customer Help. They have always helped in the past. Oh no, today is Sunday. I'm sure they are closed. I'll just have to wait until tomorrow. Well, what do you know, the USPS just found the package and it will be delivered tomorrow between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00pm. Today is a blessed day. I wonder if Audien had anything to do with it.

Great customer service, love the IONs
First, Audien's customer service is outstanding!
Second, I love my new IONs. after just a few days, I am wearing them all day, and most of the time, I forget they are even there. They are comfortable, with no feedback squeals unless I induce one on purpose. I am hearing sounds I haven't heard in a long time. But most importantly, I'm not having to continually say "what?" or "huh?" all the time.

There great! They work well and are easy to use. I would recommend the Atom Pro 2 to anyone who has moderate hearing loss. I ordered these on line and they came in about week later. I bought my first pair of OTC a year ago from another company and they were junk.

I’m not really happy with them. I’ve had hearing aids before and it seems like I never hear the people next to me and I thought maybe these would work better but they don’t. I still can’t hear the people right next to me.

I bought these10/2024 and I tolerated them until one stopped working. These are terrible hearing aids but he worst part is the company doesn't
honor their guarantee. After several phone calls and a complete run around I am giving up and writing a bad review. I am by far not the only one. Read the bad reviews and believe them. I wish I had because they are all legitimate complaints and the one year warranty is worthless. Squeeling, falling out of your ear, volume adjustment, poor sound, bad customer service,-all true. Don't buy these.

They worked good for a few months then the right stopped working. I contacted the company told then the problem and they sent me a shipping label to send them back in about 5 days i had a whole net set shipped to me.very good and honest company.

I sent the hearing aids back, they tried to refund back to me but my debit card was hacked a week later. I talked to my bank and was told that they should issue a paper check, been going through this crap for about 2 months and still no check, I have been told that Ashley would be calling me back, but I have never been contacted by no one, Next call will be from my Lawyer.

I have been contacting Auden Hearing…
I have been contacting Auden Hearing every day since 6/3--Each time I get different updates and misinformation about who the delivery carrier is. One said USPS and other people said DHL. Auden sent me a link to the delivery confirmation. I'm being scammed.
Edit: They did arrive. I will revise this post after trying them.
Update: I increased the number of stars because the people who work at Aduen Hearing have been very nice to me since I received the order; I have tried all their suggestions and have watched all the available videos and have decided to stick with the prescription hearing aids I have from Hear USA: they are just more comfortable and have less ambient noise. I just want a refund. For the price, I don't want to dissuade anyone from trying their hearing aids. I'm a C5 quadriplegic and my old, very costly Hear USA hearing aids are easier for me to work.

NO STARS. They are not good hearing aids, and the company will make you jump through hoops to get a refund. First of all, good luck getting them to respond. We had to file a complaint with the BBB to finally get them to send us a return label. I finally returned them, and now it is taking forever for them to issue our refund. They have the hearing aids, I received confirmation of that by tracking my shipment through USPS. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Waste of money and time.Purchased the Atom 2 models and went through the entire package of of wax guards and earpieces before I was finally able to stop the incessant high pitched squealling in both ears. I them placed an order for more assesories and after waiting two weeks and still not receiving them I decided to send return request to return the aids for refund.After a few days I received a call from a customer rep and relaying my entire experience she apologized numerous times and offered to resend my assessory order, but considering my experience with the handling of the first order I declined and requested the complete return of my purchase.I had a very bad experience all around and would definitely NOT recommend this company.
