A company dedicated to client service at an affordable price.

From the first call to the final purchase my experience has been 100% positive. Sharon, the woman who was my personal contact, was terrific-kind, caring and truly helpful. She explained the entire procedure detailing the two different ways I could try out the hearing aids and have 100 days to decide if they met my needs. Then if I did not want them I could return them for a full refund. I chose to lease a pair first so I didn't have to incur the full cost of purchase. Ultimately, I decided to purchase them after my trial wearing. Sharon arranged the entire return process for me at no cost to me-no return fee, no sales tax and no cost for shipping. I was even emailed a return label to print. And I didn't have to return them until I received my new purchase so I wouldn't be without hearing aids during the transition. Ultimately, my total cost was about 1/3 that of a retail purchase for a comparable hearing aid by the same manufacturer under their brand name. Everything can be done online from home. The company also includes a package of supplies used for cleaning and maintenance of your hearing aids with your purchase. I might add that I also have been contacted several time by a follow up representative to see how I was adjusting to my new hearing aids and to offer any assistance or answer any questions I may have. I also have access to an audiologist. Any future needs are just a phone call away anytime I desire. I recommend Audicus unconditionally.

Audicus sales persons are open and useful

Audicus people at sales are very useful. They provide valuable information on the models they have and on their manufacturers. This enables us to look for reviews of the product sources, other than those of Audicus itself. This is very reassuring to me, and indicates confidence of Audicus people in their products. Their response time to queries is very quick and there are rapid follow-ups. If you are in contact with Alexandra, you are in good hands.

I’m dry pleased with the promptness of all personal.

I’m dry pleased with the promptness of the response for the replacement of my lost device. However, it was not explained why I needed to mail in the remaining aide. I could have continued to use it while I was waiting for the replacement. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality of hearing I enjoy with them. These are my second third company and I have everyone most helpful. Thank you.

The Audicus Support Team

The Audicus Support Team is absolutely awesome and amazing. I have been using their devices and replacement parts for @ 6 years. They work great on a daily basis. I just lost my home and hearing devices in the Palisades Fire and they replaced them for absolutely no cost. Im so grateful. They are so kind and helpful.

If you call a human being answers!

If you call them, a human answers and solves the problem. I have never had a bot. Their hearing aids are top notch. I am a Speech Language Pathologist. We take the same classes as the Audiologists right up til grad school. I know what I’m talking about. My hearing aids rock!

Think twice about the lease agreement

We bought these OTC hearing devices for my mother in law because of the fact that we'd been unimpressed after spending $6000 with a full service hearing aid company whose hearing aids were not that effective. We had their audiologist do a hearing test and give us a copy, then sent it to Audicus.

We wanted devices that would bluetooth to her iPhone. This is not only good for her but good for us--we don't have to hear her yelling on speakerphone, nor do other diners in a restaurant for example. We had planned to get the optional transmitter for use with the TV but did not because the third party app that is used on the phone is from yet another hearing aid company and must be reset for volume each time the devices disconnect from the phone...at least once per day, and often several times a day. She's not tech savvy, and cannot synch them herself. Spending more money on the extra transmitter didn't seem to be a good idea afterall.

They sold us on a lease agreement which, though more expensive than buying the devices outright, allowed us to upgrade them after 18 months or to send them back and terminate the agreement.

20 months later, they want us to take her to an audiologist before they will allow us to upgrade the devices. They even encouraged us to take her to Sam's Club or Costco for a "free test". Not impressed.

I was very specific with the questions I asked before we entered into this agreement. We've paid like clockwork each month, and these are not cheap to lease. Now suddenly there are strings attached.

Be careful when you lease from these people. This is not what we were promised, and while we haven't decided yet to terminate the agreement, I'm not sure I want to proceed out of principal.

Audicus support

I purchased a pair of their Spirit hearing aids in 2021 after doing some research I found out that the hearing aids are actually made by a large manufacturer that sell under their own brand to audiologists. The price was approximately 1/3 the cost from a audiologist. When I had an issue with one of them I was told by Gianni in Support to send them in for servicing. The techs did the repair within a day after receiving them. Being in Canada the back/forth mail took a while but that wasn't the fault of Audicus. The support from Audicus has been fantastic, they answered any questions within a couple of hours. If buying the hearing aids from Audicus one has to be aware that the one to one service is the only thing lacking. I would buy again.
