The package was not delivered
The package was not delivered - no one rang the bell or the phone. There were emails asking for my name, address and phone number that seemed to be a hoax, I had to use tracking repeatedly to find the package as there was no communication about where it had been taken, sms or email, and no reply when I wrote an email to MyProtein. Very poor. Very disappointing, and difficult since I am disabled and was unwell and had a lot of difficulty picking up package when I found it after some time.

It would be great if the delivery…
It would be great if the delivery system could send a notification once the order has been delivered. At the moment, it seems the notifications only go up to the dispatch stage, which isn’t very helpful—especially if the courier leaves the package in the apartment lobby or mailroom without informing you.
