The only thing I am applauding for now is the fixed investment plan which is reliable. The company should do well with their response time with support. Slight delays to response most time can kill vibes. I believe there's still room for improvement.

The organizational arrangement of the website seems very cool. The only thing I don't like is the theme. If I had a say it would have been something brighter but I guess I don't..loolz! I also want you guys to speed up your replies when someone contacts support. sometimes it's a little slow.

I just got to know about the referral bonus link after one month of successful trades with the platform and I have invited my friends to the platform which I could have utilize the bonus on them to get more money. I wish I knew on time about the referral I would have made much money from the bonus link because my friends have utilized there own. The benefits are magnificent and the withdrawal process no longer delay like it use to.

I was able to register on this very platform with their first plan (Ascend package) the platform has really been beneficial to me and my investment has been successful with the returns I get at the end of every cycle. I have seen consistency at work in this platform and I'm certain that the company will definitely progress towards achieving more greatness. Initially when I came across this platform on the Internet I wasn't really convinced until I did my research about them and it happened to be genuine, so I registered with them and the process was seamless. Tried the deposit options but it was slow though it later went through and it's been long coming with good profits and I haven't seen any reason to complain. Superb and I'm excited with the returns I get at the end of every cycle.

I started with the Ascend package on this platform and the first experience I got was quite confusing because I tried making withdrawal when the cycle plan ended and my profits was credited to my account but wasn't able to do so and I panicked then I contacted their customer support where I was made to understand that withdrawals are only processed during weekends and I was trying to withdraw on a Thursday which was why it wasn't successful. It was just my second week here and I'm still learning the platform and it's policies but I'm happy I was able to achieve the withdrawal on weekend and it was smooth and fast.

Very solid and efficient, I saw many praising the customer service department or the support team. That wasn't the same in my case, I was a little bit delayed in real time to get response over an issue I had during withdrawal. The company still needs to improve in that aspect in my humble opinion.

I'm always excited when it's weekend because Alure trading is definitely going to come through, their is always something to take home from the weekly trade which makes me happy. The platform has been consistent and has made me feel safe entrusting my money with them and I get more profits and the end of every plan cycle. The only difficult process I encountered on this platform was with their deposit but I haven't had any issues with my withdrawal which happened to be where my major concern is initially. The one thing that makes me ease with the platform is the fast means of responding to issues and ensuring that it's been resolved, to me that's what makes a good platform and they've got that here.

I don't know why the company have not responded to my complaint on their support channel, they need to review their policies to also accommodate investors that are consistent with their platform. Their should be bonuses or special packages placed to encourage consistent investors, I believe this will go a long way to also boost their patronage. The platform have greatly improved and the withdrawal process are smooth and easy to access which is my best part of the company.

Though they need to work on their percentage to investors across their different packages that is just where I get a bit concerned. The fortuna plan is a little bit uncertain for me, dunno what the experience would look like otherwise I would have tried it. Started with the ascend plan and I have no issues there. The site loading speed is sometimes slow, maybe due to traffic. Kindly ensure it's smooth running.
