Customer service was extremely responsive. I had a battery charger that was faulty. Agent shipped out a replacement which arrived in a couple days. Replacement powered up perfectly.

Had a problem with my Thor 5. Called Kelly Prince and she took care of it, no questions asked. I am amazed with their customer service and will recommend them to anyone.

I had to wait longer than expected; however, Kelly Prince was very professional, efficient and courteous. These scopes are expensive but, so far, I am very happy that I bought one from ATN. Now, it's your job to keep me happy.

They claim their scopes are built in America but all the parts are made in China and it says so on most their products. Your paying 6K for an American built thermal product but your getting a 700 dollar Chinese temu product marked up 5300 dollars with “assembled in USA” on the box instead of “produced in USA”

Shady company ran by shady people.

Cheap products that don’t work reliably and even their top shelf products break after a month or two in.

They used to advertise if you bought a Thor 4 you would get 100% off the price towards your next trade in and they changed their terms after people purchased the 5 thousand dollar Thor 4 systems.

Terrible to work for. Terrible to buy. Terrible to service. The company is owned by people who don’t own own guns or go hunting. They haven’t been able to keep a full time employee for longer than 3 months in their Austin location.

This company is full of shiesty uneducated salesman. Hucksters and ran by money grubbing cretins who have more experience seeking sell phones at mall kiosks than they do with firearms.

I bought a ATN Thor-LTV thermal scope for hunting on my property. Its light and easy-to-mount design makes setting up simple and painless. The optics are hands-down the best I've personally used. The one-shot zeroing is wonderful. I really enjoy hunting varmints and hogs with this scope. Definitely recommend to everyone, especially first-time thermal hunters.

I spoke with Kelly Prince! She was very nice and knowledgeable, most important she she spoke clearly and was easy to understand (I am old and do not have good hearing)! I really hate support services like AT&T that employ people from the Philippines! They are very nice but it is very difficult for me to understand what they are saying due to their accent!

I’ve had an issue with my Thor LT where my display glitches the ATN customer service has been absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional extremely quick to respond to any emails and a delight to talk to you on the phone. Well this is a budget friendly optic that they have discontinued. They’ve treated it like it’s their flagship model this is one company that I am absolutely delighted to do business with and so long as they keep taking care of me the way that they have will continue to have my business.

Went on the website looking for information on their ABL rangefinder as I recently purchased the Thor 4 Smart HD scope and it is mentioned in the literature which accompanied the scope.
Turns out they have two models, the difference between the two being range (1000 yds. and 1500 yds).
There was a pop-up on the page, evidently from a Memorial Day sale they had and the pop-up was not yet taken down. The requirement for a price deal was to either chat with someone or call the number posted on the pop-up and speak with someone live. I chose to chat and see if the price deal would be honored, despite the fact that Memorial Day was two weeks ago.
S. Chamberlain gave me a deal on the 1500 yd. model at price less than the 1000 yd. model. I couldn't have been happier.

My experience with Kelly today was good. She took the time to try and help with my problem and was friendly.
The ATN THOR 5 4=40 LRF is a complete disappointment. I am on my 4th or 5 one and still having issues and cannot get my $ back. I've missed to scheduled hunts and this will be my 3rd unless I get my replacement in time. All ATN has offered me is free hats, t-shrts and a cheap remote.
My experience over all with ATN is a one star, my experience today with Kelly was good.
