don't do it

I gotta admit, they sold me a dream lol. waste of money. I have not made one red cent with my bitcoin atm. their service reps get back weeks later, do nothing to help, I've inquired about moving my machine and they do nothing but tell me they'll get back to me

I initially had a positive impression…

I initially had a positive impression of this company, but after signing up, the service deteriorated significantly. My Bitcoin ATM has been out of operation for nearly a year due to pending software updates, and their support has been extremely slow—often taking days or even weeks to respond. Unfortunately, they have failed to follow through on their commitments.

Given the lack of reliability and poor customer service, I strongly advise against investing in or partnering with this company. There are far more trustworthy options available in the market.

Please read before you waste your money

This is a company with some great speakers to get you involved and very little afterwards. They offer you a package to “do the work for you” which is very enticing, but also something that is far easier to do on your own than they make it sound. Opening a bank account isn’t difficult, you have to create your LLC yourself anyway, and they do provide you with videos for most things related to your machine and getting started, which has been one of the most helpful things they provide.
They will find you a bank, which honestly is not that difficult, set up the processing company - the only part that I feel was useful about the whole thing, and find you a location. The location finder service is very bad about setting you up meetings with places without first checking your availability or blatantly ignoring it, causing you to then have to call the company and explain to them that you cannot make the appointment that had been set up with them and try to make a new one. They will set up a group chat of dedicated people to help you and any question that you ask will immediately be responded to by multiple people saying “looping in @____” to the person you’ve already tagged in your question before getting an answer, and half the time I’m not even sure these are real people in the group chat.
They offer a Facebook group with other people with businesses where you can ask questions and get advice, but if your question looks bad on a location of theirs, the admin won’t even approve your post.
They offer a guarantee of your machine either creating an income of $200/month or the option of offering you a replacement location OR $1000 of your money back, seriously pressing that the better deal is for them to find you new locations so that you will have multiple machines. However, if you take them up on this, they will inform you that by having purchased a new machine for the new location rather than relocating the original one, that you’ve voided this guarantee and will only find you one more location instead of the maximum of either 3 or 5 outlined in the guarantee.
The location finder service guy has gotten passive aggressive with his answers regarding areas that I have specifically asked to avoid, and honestly if I could go back I wouldn’t have ever invested anything into this company.
