I responded to a few of your emails as well, but I will give you the same answer here on this public forum one-star review to clear things up.
A) Firstly, I'm a girl, not a guy, and I work in an office in NYC called ATLR Paris.
B) Our website clearly states that we only offer free shipping in two scenarios: if your order is over $150, or if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size. Otherwise, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We're a small shop doing our best in the retail world, and unfortunately, unlike Amazon or other big-box retailers, we cannot provide free shipping. What we can provide is quality kidswear from the best European brands out there.
C) We do not charge any "extra" to return things.
You Paid $85.10 for a pair of sneakers + $9.50 shipping. You sent the sneakers back to us, so I refunded you $85.10 for the returned shoes. I don't know of any small shops that would refund the original shipping label, as it has already been bought and successfully used to deliver to you. So I cannot refund your original shipping, no matter how much you "demand" it in your emails.
I encourage you to read the Returns / Shipping pages on websites before you purchase anything online in the future so everything is clear, and senseless negativity isn't spread.
