Dr Chacko has a genuine interest in his patients. He has great bedside manners and he is extremely professional in his approach. He is very knowledgeable and he doesn't leave any stone unturned when it comes to his patient's health.

Up until a year ago I was suffering from
Chronic hives in addition to severe allergies for 8 years and 20+ years respectively. After starting my allergy treatment with Dr. chacko, my allergies improved dramatically year round.
The staff then proposed a new drug for my chronic hives and assisted me with the right calls to make and to ensure all paperwork was getting to the right people. Amanda who is apart of his staff is incredible and goes beyond her job description with her patients. I am extremely fortunate to have found such a great practice.

We have seen Dr. Chacko over the last year, to address environmental allergies in two of my children. I also began immunotherapy with Dr. Chacko this year to finally treat my anaphylactic insect allergy. Dr. Chacko has a wonderful bedside manner with children and adults. He explains our results and treatment options in a friendly and understandable way. My kids feel very comfortable with him. Amanda, his allergy nurse who administers our twice weekly shots, is awesome! Her fun, relaxed spirit puts my kids at ease. I have recommended Dr. Chacko's practice to several friends!

everytime i have went to the office the staff are super friendly and very caring you never have to wait along time in the waiting room and Dr chacko Is amazing he explains everything he is doing and explains everything to you where you can understand what is going on with your health so you can get the be care you need to get better love Dr chacko and his staff

I've been coming here for allergy testing, follow up appointments, and regular immunotherapy visits for over a year. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chacko and his staff! My allergy/respiratory health is the best it has ever been and my immunotherapy plan has worked wonders. The office staff is both professional and friendly. The nurses rock. Dr. Chacko is warm, knowledgable, and efficient/practical with his recommendations and treatment plan. I would like to see the separate check in process/location for allergy shots reinstated to minimize wait time. The wait time, however, has been reasonable compared to other physician offices. So grateful I found this practice!

I had initial allergy testing done and then into the shots. I love the staff, every one of them are friendly and do a great job. If I had one small thing that kept this from being 5 stars it would be nice for the Dr to pro-actively want to see you when you come in every 6 months or even annually to just ask how they are working and if it's all still going ok.

Dr. Chacko treated my allergies using Rush therapy, and he was successful in treating a lot of my symptoms in a short period of time. He was extremely patient with me, and I would recommend him to anybody seeking relief from Georgia allergies.

My son Carson suffered continuous allergies for over 6+ years through several other doctors before his condition was finally addressed and brought under control when we began seeing Dr. Chacko about 5 years ago. Before Dr. Chacko was involved, Carson was sick every major occasion (Birthday, Christmas, Thansgiving, Easter) and missed excessive school due to allergies. Now that he is under Dr. Chacko's care, he is now off of all asthma medications and steroids, is healthy, and he is actively playing sports which he could never do previously. THANK YOU DR. CHACKO!!!!

Dr. Chacko is concerned about his patient's well being. He is good with kids and adults. His office staff is kind and very helpful. I have never felt rushed during my office visits. Dr. Chacko gives you all of his attention when you are with him.

I'm a frequent flier at this office due to immunotherapy. The wait is always reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Chacko is the best. He did the allergy test on my first visit, ordered my serum and I started getting shots. No fuss, no muss!

My 7 year old has to go weekly to get allergy shots and the ladies there make him feel so great. They make sure he doesn't hurt and that he always leaves smiling! Even the girls at the front desk talk to him and see how he is. Also Dr Chako is so kind and personable. He is a great doc and makes sure we understand what's going on. We love it here.

I enjoy the treatment that I receive from my nursing staff and Dr. Chacko. The front office could be better as far as not having to wait with other patients when I'm just coming to get my allergy shots. I love that I can contact someone from the office with out having to login to some portal. Overall I love this office and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
