Astronomics.com holding onto my money…

Astronomics.com holding onto my money and not replying to my emails to refund my deposit. Initially said it will be refunded in 3 weeks and now we are 12 weeks and no one is replying or acknowledging the emails.
Someone once called trying to convince me to invest more and then promised that someone from deposit team will contact in 30 minutes , the 30 minutes are now 4 weeks. Stay away from that company if you are planning to invest in shares.
