I don’t understand why you don’t want to process my withdrawal

I invested in this company about 5 months ago. And when I wanted to withdraw, they asked me 400 dollars as a fee so that I would not have any problems with my withdrawal. I made a withdrawal last week but they won't let me. The support team doesn't answer and their online chat is disconnected. I don't know what to do and I need my deposit and interest. Is there anyone who can guide me? What should I do? Does Astoria respond? Is it a scam? Astoria Capital Management is a fully certified organization regulated by both the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These certifications are verifiable through official directories, confirming our legitimacy and commitment to transparency and trust. This is your slogan. So please prove transparency and trust to us across borders. After 3 month they don’t give my money. After 4 months they gave me an answer. Friends, I got a lawyer from SEC so I can get my funds from them. They didn't give me my money they gave me 42 trillion ethereum meta which is the most worthless cryptocurrency. They are lying to you SEC said Astoria is not under our regulation. I lost my money completely. Stay away from them they are lying to you. You know trust pilot doesn't allow sharing. That's why you want it. You're a liar. You want more money to withdraw.

I didn't know that one can upgrade his account from the lower plan to a higher plan and for 3 months now I have been trading on the MX Lite plan which i started with to confirm how genuine the platform is at first as a newbie. The support was helpful because through their help I was able to upgrade my account to the MX Base and my experience of last week profit was amazing and the withdrawal process was done smoothly unlike last year that withdrawals takes some time to get approved, I'm overwhelmed with the update on the platform.

I don't know why it takes time switching to another package on the platform. It's been days now without getting any response nor appropriate information on that or how to go about it. The company needs to do better with providing much information or better still attend to their support tickets raised by their investors to lessen the worries. I'm okay with the returns given at the end of every trade, that's satisfactory.

Last week was definitely not the best of my withdrawals in the past couple of months, I experienced delay trying to make withdrawals which took the whole day for it to be successful. This is so unusual and the platform needs to look into and work on it quickly. All my deposit and withdrawal has always been swift but that if last week was very annoying. I hope something is done about it to avert such from happening in the coming week.

At first the platform wasn't that user friendly for me, it was kinda complicated to access even with the deposit options available for payment. I had some series of complaints with at customer support where I was guided for easy deposits and withdrawals. The customer service has been helpful, the platform has since improved that withdrawals are now done instantly and received almost immediately without having delay like before. I'm excited about this level of progress and the stressful days of withdrawal are over, in all I can say it's better now.
