First loan was easy although with a high interest. The second seemed impossible to approve even though I paid my loan back on time. Good thing I am able to use Silvergate for more loans without problems @ bit.ly/ silvergatel.

You charge 100% on your loans making it very difficult for the borrowers. I didn’t know the interest rate was this high, if I had known I would have never ever borrowed from this company. It took me a couple of years to pay off what started off as a $2000 loan that turned into a $3000 at the end.I advise everyone to make sure this loan is actually worth it.

Awful company ever since Centz took over. Was a great company when Aspen had it. Now you can't apply for a loan or refinance with new company running it.

Dont ever get a loan through Aspen financial direct. I use to recommend them because they are better than the regular high interest loan companies like rise, speedy cash etc. I paid these mfs off back in march and here it is September and i get an email about a damn payment! These mf reopened the loan without my knowledge and has already been adding late fees. Autopay and all but my account in the negative and im not even working right now. They claim the payment before i paid it off that declined which it did decline from chime was returned. Returned. Chime... ikr that doesn't even fly with chime period. Funds not available its declining right away no funds to be returned! Chime already confirmed no funds was taken but yet these mfs on all bs!. So now i have to get a damm lawyer smdh grimy liars!!

Very happy with this company !

I don't understand the negative comments. I have had no problems with the contract, balance, payments,
Nor the contact with customer service. They even responded to an email within 48 hours with the info I asked for. Straight up best loan, yeah of course interest is high, but I have used others and they are 1/2 to 1/3 less. They saved me when I was in a bind; highly recommended this company. Hopefully don't have to use them again ha-ha!

I received a loan from this company in August 2019 for 3K. I've had my payment of 360.00 auto drafted from my account for 21 months which equals 7560.00. The original documents show I had an obligation to pay back 7K; which I have done. When I log in to see my balance, it's still reflecting 3441.00 and the balance is not going down. I've never missed a payment as I mentioned this is auto drafted from my bank account. I will be contacting legal services as of Monday morning.

Never ever use this Co. There are many other better high interest rate lenders that are much more workable with you during a financial crisis such as covid. I have other loans and they all worked with me. This Co? Right to a collection agency.

Company is fast in funding after providing the necessary information to get your loan. Easy automatic withdrawals from checking account. I will proceed with another loan with Aspen when this last loan is completed!

I knew the rates were bad when I signed up. But I was desperate, so I accepted the fact I would be paying my loan back nearly 4X. That's fine, we all know what we're signing up for.

Missed two payments early on due to financial problems, but otherwise have been paying on time for near two years. Little did I know, the 'fees' for those missed payments would be compounded by Aspen Financial at a ridiculous rate to the point that after the end of my payment term, after paying back nearly all the money in my agreement (again some 4X the initial loan) I still somehow owe about as much as the initial loan.

In my mind, this is a deliberate attempt to entrap anyone who stumbles on their payments in debt. Never have I ever seen such predatory practices.

I could no longer afford the payments because of a personal situation. I emailed customer service to revoke the automatic payment from my bank account. They emailed me saying it was revoked & the next day $320 was removed from my account anyway. This company is a crooked bunch of liars.

Hey, they were there when I needed the money for my business. So for that I'm grateful.

Yet, I will never take out another high interest loan ever again... the high payment is killing me, but that's my own darn fault
