Relatively easy to fill in the surveys

Relatively easy to fill in the surveys. One of the biggest downsides, like other people have, is after filling in several questions, not fitting in the preferred category for the survey. Recently getting a lot of errors while filling in surveys and while getting in contact with support is easy, you're very limited to what you can actually send to them. Only 1 screenshot is allowed and you can not fill in any other information about the problem you experienced.
