You don't pay once for answering your question, they start charging you $55 each month even if you didn't sign up to pay a monthly charge. When I called my bank the lady had heard about askanexpertonline.com from many other customers. For my wife's problem with her phone he did help, she just had to power cycle the phone and it connected again.....that 5 mins cost us 2 monthly payments of $55 plus $33 to place a stop payment, so $143 to tell her to turn off the phone and restart it...the events....my wife's phone would not connect to make or receive calls. She contacted askanexpertonline.com and just needed to turn her phone off and back on to work properly. She thought she was paying $1 for help but was charged a recurring monthly charge for $55 each month. My wife never agreed to pay for the monthly service and had not used it again. I contacted my bank and put a stop payment on the most recent charge and blocked them from charging us again. I tried to find a way to contact customer service for askanexpertonline.com but kept having to pay a fee and give a credit card # to get to talk to someone about it, so I posted reviews. I do have a pending deposit for $55 on my bank account either from a refund or due to the stop payment. We paid 2 monthly charges of $55 so we paid $110 plus $33 to stop the future charges...so they got my wife for $143 out of pocket for her 5 minute call. The help was not worth the headaches. My wife gets $710 a month in social security, $55 each month is a big hit to the bank account.

I.T. specialist Nick was useless
The so called I. T. specialist that was suppose to help me out did nothing but tell me to change Internet carriers. Gave me no advice on my problem and as I replied that after talking with him I'm more confused about my internet issue than before I even talked to him. He said " well you get what you pay for". So thanks Nick. Never again will I waste time nor money on this service.
