Poor quality monitor
I ordered an adjustable height monitor stand, and when I used it the first time the stand collapsed, the monitor fell and broke my keyboard. After sending an email to the company expressing what happened they stated you cannot use the stand in an extended position, even though their website shows you can. The monitor stand is flimsy and junk!! Don’t waste your money, not to mention the poor customer service experience!!

Shoddy monitor rubbish customer service
All went well with the monitor at first untill the stand decided to snap shut in this process the screen fell over once turned back on the screen broken ive had mobile phones fall from a higher height than this customer service is very slow takes them over 24hrs to reply every single time they well not even replace under warranty all they do is say is 15% off your next monitor no thank you your monitors arnt worth the amount your asking for

Never waste your money here
I bought this one the 144hz monitor 16” and was working great however the material is very fragile and can be broken even if it is places in a laptop bag.
I travelled with it in laptop bag and i found it broken and when i reached to customer service they wouldn’t exchange it for new one and just offered a discount which is making it even higher than the price i bought it with first time.
This screen main task is for travelling as they mention on the website but even with being cautious and putting it is laptop bag it got broken
I will never buy this again and lose my money here
