First, DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! You order will not arrive on time because according to Architectural Depot, the shipping time starts "when the carrier picks up the package" in my case 4 days after I paid for 2 fay shipping. I ordered my items on 14 June, they were delivered on 20 June, too late for the project and here it is 1 July, the items are still traveling around with FedEx and Architectural Depot is refusing to refund my money until the items get back to them. As I was NOT the shipper FedEx won't tell me anything and Architectural Depot wont check. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered four shutters, gave them 100% accurate specifications, And because I did not specifically check the quote that they sent me I've been screwed out of $1,100. I understand it was my responsibility to check the quote, but I'm really getting tired of being the only responsible party in a transaction. The fact is the company made the mistake but because I didn't catch it it's only going to cost me. So if you're going to buy from these people make sure you triple check everything because they are shady.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable. She worked with me over time to make sure I had samples to review and to minimize costly mistakes going forward. The product, faux wood shutters, when they arrived were excellent. I was even more impressed than I was with the sample product. Turn around time from when I placed my order was vary reasonable. I highly recommend Architectural Depot for both their knowledgeable sales associates and the quality of the product.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I ordered the incorrect size of shutters and within 5 minutes called to cancel the order. There were two different shutters within the order and I received an email saying that the order number was indeed cancel. A few days later I get tracking information so called to find out if the order was indeed canceled. They told me that one of the items was canceled but not the other because it was through a third party. What a ridiculous policy that is. When I receive an order number cancellation that includes both items I expect both items to be canceled. It's not rocket science. I will never do business with this company. Absolutely horrible.

My order for a custom size wood beam was damaged twice in shipment. AD made it right quickly, without any hassle or inconvenience. It arrived today in perfect condition. Very impressive service by Breana and AD also has a great product.

Received the Heritage Faux Beams in Mena Texture and Kona color. Absolutely gorgeous! The beams were installed and they look fantastic! Really make our room feel warm and inviting. Our installer kept saying how great they were to cut and trim to fit. Had a few “rubbed” spots from shipping and the company is sending a touch up kit ASAP. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered two pairs of shutters to install on the front of our house. Architectural Depot did a fantastic job. I love the fact that they custom fabricate the shutters to any size in increments of 1/8”. The quality of the wood is impressive, as is the precision joints and sanded finish (I ordered unprimed). I highly recommend them.
