Best gym I’ve ever been to. The whole experience is faultless from the minute you walk in the door to you leave. The personal trainers are also fantastic.

Thieves!!
Thieves!!! take your money when they are in breach of contract by not providing the service you are paying for then you when you point this out they claim that the contract is not with them but the DD collection company, someone does now what they are doing. Also make up lies to defend themselves. Just pay my money back!!!

Really happy with the customer service…
Really happy with the customer service offered. We were still charged during lock-down in error. I contacted Arc and received a prompt reply confirming a full refund and also offered vouchers. Leaves a really positive feeling about the gym, knowing any issues are dealt with professionally and fairly.
