Do NOT order from this company

I order (2) vanities from this company. I recieved order numbers and then no matter how many times I contacted them I never recieved any communication and never recieved the product I paid for. Everyone says just call the credit card company, but they said since I gave them the number it is my problem. So out $900.00 and never recieved the vanities.

They sell things that they don't have. Seems scam.

I like a Kohler toilet which they listed on Arbor Home website. I know Kohler no longer make it, and could not find any one selling on any website, in any store, or craigslists.

I emailed them to ask:

Would you tell me:
- Where is the following toilet located?
- Is it possible for me to pick it up?
Sometimes in the past, when a seller sent me the wrong item, it took me a lot of time and effort to return. This time it is a toilet, it would be very hard to ship back. If its location is not too far, I would like to take a look at the location, and pick it up there.

They responded welcome with a coupon code but didn't answer my questions.

I sent another same email, they just responded with welcome for signing up, just never answered my questions.

After checking Trust Pilot, I am pretty sure that they are listing things that they don't have.

I'm still waiting for my order

I'm still waiting for my order, it is 3 weeks now since I ordered. It seems that they are unable to fulfill their obligations.
I don't understand their business idea.
They are probably fishing for emails and credit card numbers.
I will cancel my order now.

Terrible Business

Like other reviewers my experience has been a huge negative. I placed an order for rainhandlers which it advertised as available and subsequently learned company is out of business. All efforts to communicate with this company by phone and email go unanswered.

Selling item that no longer exists

Selling item that no longer exists. Item (laminate floor boards) is no longer in production and is not in stock anywhere else or by any flooring, home improvement, or spare parts company. It is not being sold by a single other site in the entire internet. So it's highly unlikely that they can be in possession of it. I was foolishly about to place a $500 order until I read reviews in another site. I didn't realize just how not in existence this item was until I read those reviews. I had just assumed only Lowe's had stopped carrying them. Now being emailed repeatedly to complete my order.

Ordered flooring and never got it

Ordered flooring and never got it. Huge mistake! Scam. Got confirmation email. But never sent a shipping date. Finally got someone on the phone. There excuse was it takes about 14 days to ship and my card will not be charged until item is shipped. Lie! I was charged immediately and never able to get someone on the phone again. No response to my emails either. ☹️

This company typically sells items they don't have, makes you wait for a month, then tells you they can't deliver.

This company typically sells items they don't have in inventory. They list the items on their website as if they have them, but only start sourcing them when you order. I placed an order for a screen door and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to "process and ship". The only information I got from them came after calling in and holding for 15-30 minutes.
First email on May 6:
We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
May 10 I inquired as to status, their answer:
Thank you for reaching out!

Your order has been received and we are working on getting it shipped out.

Our processing time before an order ship is 14-15 days, excluding weekends.

We will email you a confirmation once it ships, which will also include tracking information.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out.

May 25 I reached out again, their answer:
We're sorry your delivery is running late. Our vendors are working hard to ship as quickly as possible.

We will email you a confirmation once it ships, which will also include tracking information.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I asked them to confirm that the vendor has the item and will ship. Their answer:

Your order is still being process to be shipped out. As soon as we have an update for the shipping schedule, we will promptly notify you.

We will email you a confirmation once it ships, which will also include tracking information.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

June 1, I reach out again, their answer:
We're reaching out to inform you that we recently received a notice from our vendor that the item you purchased is currently unavailable. As an alternative, our management offered the item below that could ship out pretty soon.

RELIABILT 36-in x 80-in Bronze Aluminum Sliding Patio Screen Door

This was the wrong size door as I had ordered 48" wide (I guess they think one size fits all??)

After several phone calls and nonsense answers, I had to inform my client her screen door was no longer "in the process of being shipped"

Terrible customer service and misleading information in their website. I will avoid doing business with them.
