I had a deeply disappointing experience with Aquarium Depot. Despite following all instructions and maintaining consistent communication, my order was mishandled, and my concerns were met with sarcasm and deflection. The owner cited personal hardships and natural disasters as reasons for delays, yet continued to promote her services online without addressing existing customer issues. When I attempted to place another order, it was abruptly canceled without a satisfactory explanation. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative vendors.
