I am sorry you had issues with your hot tub delivery; however, it does not look as if you purchased the tub from us (you purchased chemicals and filter from us). So, unfortunately, there is little we can do to asisst with your spa purchase.

I am sorry you had issues with your breaker tripping and the cover missing on your filter. I am hopeful you were able to get in touch with the manufacturer, as they are requiring the customer to contact them directly for any issues.
However, they should ship the filter cover out immediately and be able to troubleshoot the electrical issue.
Please keep us posted if the manufacturer does not provide the assistance needed. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and your feedback!

the Hot Tub is great and easy to set up…
the Hot Tub is great and easy to set up , but your manual on the chemicals to use is confusing , the description is ment for all kind of Hot Tubs , not specific to 160 gallon Tub , buy inserting the bromine tube in to the floater , the dial turned from 0 to 6 so i had to empty the tub again , to balance the chemicals , took a water sample to Leslie pool supply to analise and that helped to fix that

It is the center yellow block on the link above (you are correct that 160 is not shown, but you would use the lowest setting).

My wife and I had been shopping around for awhile now. We've taken notice to some air BnB's that we've stayed at, and we've noticed they have chosen aquarest hot tubs. What really did it was when I had a friend tell me that his Aquarest hot tub is nearly 20yrs old with no issues but a control board. He ordered a replacement board, easy plug and play under 100$ shipped in a week. Customer service, parts availability and longevity are a huge factor for anyone. Made in USA and the price point! Could it get any better?? It was very easy to justify the purchase. We are very happy with everything about this hot tub and I will absolutely be buying more aquarest products in the future! thank you!
