Placed an order for a Bosch oven…

Placed an order for a Bosch oven extension rack which indicated that there were many in stock. When two weeks went by and nothing I called and was told it was on back order and would be here in about 10 days and I would receive an email when it shipped. I did receive the email and it arrived a few days later. I discovered that I ordered the wrong part and they provided a return authorization. There will be a restocking charge and I am responsible for the shipment cost. I shipped the part and have UPS proof of receipt on 6/17/25 and to date no credit. I'll call on Monday and see what is going on. I did order the correct part, but from a different company and it arrived within a few days and I am happy with it. I have no reason to use this company in the future.

Sent me a defective part and charged me to replace it

I ordered a new ice maker for my lg fridge. It stopped working after 2 weeks. Instead of simply returning it and getting a replacement, they took over 2 weeks to file a claim and charged me another $50 to get the replacement. Total bs. Dont order from this outfit. The have lost my business for good

Terrible company

I ordered what they claimed was a drawer that would fit my fridge. I received it, put it in its place and it did not fit. I took it out and followed their return procedures. When they received it, they said that there were marks on it (which were not there when I sent it back) and that I had “used” the item. When I explained what I had done, they still considered that using the item. Between the return shipping that they don’t pay and the restocking fee, I hardly would have gotten much money returned to me anyway. They were just difficult to deal with all around and I do not recommend buying anything from them. Ever!

They sent the wrong part. Now I'm out of the part and money lost.

I ordered part on 5/21/25 it was mated on thier site. They sent me a mat and not a defrost heater. They said I ordered the wrong part. Yet the numbers at the photo on thier site match the part I ordered. Now they are refusing to make good or send a refund for thier. Mistake. All they do is keep asking for info you already sent. Like pictures of the parts, labels on the package, Bill from them. Still have not gotten any positive feedback. You'll lose your money ordering here. I'll spend the extra money and by local.

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company. Never got an item I purchased but was charged. Took over a month to get it
And by then I wanted it cancelled. They are absolutely horrible. Customer service doesn’t help and they don’t care what the situation is. I would not order from them under any circumstance

Ordered part nextday air....then told not in stock

Ordered a part at a decent price, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, BUT said IN STOCK WILL ship Next day air.........then later i get an email saying that the part is week plus back ordered.... I find this hard to believe that a company says we have in stock, then at the end of the day as i get a chance to check my email, i got sc#$d.

Charge but don't deliver

I ordered a part for my freezer last July, and they charged my credit card then. Then nothing. For seven months. In February, a box arrived with the part. Without any notification to me. I had forgotten, and no longer had the freezer. They said they would charge me 12% to take back the part, plus I had to pay return shipping. That was more than the price of the part.

They helped me to get the correct part as there were four different versions made for my washer. Sent the correct part out in short order and the part fit perfectly. And at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

BEWARE of the quality of parts as they…

BEWARE of the quality of parts as they are suspect. Had purchased refrigerator left and right door seal gaskets. They lasted only a few months before they split open exposing the magnet. The original gaskets which came with the refrigerator lasted over 7 years. They did not stand behind the quality of the product they sold. A contact for the part manufacturer was kindly requested as I offered to address it with them directly, but Appliance Parts 4 All would not respond. VERY SUSPICIOUS. Complaint filed with BBB with all documentation. Will also file with FTC. If you notice on their website, there is no street address for this company.

Great communication, super price, high quality parts

I ordered a part and was concerned that they only accepted paypal. My concern and questions were answered promptly in the online chat They followed up an email once the order was received. They followed up again with an email to let me know the item shipped. The item arrived quickly (couple of days). The item was exactly what I ordered and it was in pristine condition. I wish more people would leave positive reviews here instead of just the awful stuff that may deter prospective customers.

Horrible company! Avoid! Negative stars!

Horrible company! They sent the wrong part (right electronic specs, slightly wrong casing for install) plugged in the wires making sure my fix was on the right track hoping the casing didn’t need a perfect fit to be secured to close everything up. Sent back to them at our cost, they refused refund and won’t send the part without more money to send the right part we should have already received?!?!?!?! Looks like this company makes a habit of being bad for the consumer. Bad reviews, terrible customer service and follow up. Calls and emails were lengthy, mostly unresponsive and sounds as though the company is run out of a chicken warehouse.

I immediately reached out to cancel my…

I realized I had ordered the wrong part, so like their website recommended, I immediately reached out to cancel my order. I did the “live chat” (where there was no representative at the time), emailed and called the company. When I called, I was told that not to worry it would be cancelled in 30 minutes to an hour because the order wasn’t even showing up in their system yet and they had to look it up by my name. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation with the cancellation . Well two hours later I got an email saying they couldn’t cancel the order and it was in the “shipping process” and I could just refuse the package from ups. When I called about this, I was told I was still going to be charged for both shipping and the restocking fee. This was the same employee who I had talked to earlier and told me my order would be cancelled. I asked to talk to a supervisor or another associate, but they told me they were the only person working. I asked if she could please reach out to the warehouse to stop the order and she kept saying “there is nothing I can do”. Then she kept repeating over and over “I don’t want to have this conversation” and “there is nothing I can do”. She did tell me they would wave the restocking fee if I ordered the correct part from them which I refuse to do considering the horrible customer service i received. After I got off the phone, about an hour later I received an email from ups saying the label was just printed but they weren’t in possession of the package. I then realize I feel like I’ve been lied to. Hours ago I was told the package couldn’t be cancelled because it was in the “shipping process” and I just now get an email saying the label was printed from ups. I sent another email with this information and got a response saying “ The order cannot be canceled anymore, please refuse the package once it arrives.”. This time it is signed by a different name than the employee who I had been communicating with all day. So once again I was lied to because the original employee said she was the only one working and now I’m getting an email from someone else? This should be illegal. Truly horrible customer service.

If I could give them a (0) I would

If I could give them a (0) I would. Ordered a DW rack that cost $110 including $10.99 for shipping. It didn't fit. So I ordered a different part that should fit. Says customer must pay for return shipping. USP wanted to charge $159 because of the size of the box - it only weighed about 10 lbs. I tried to cancel the 2nd order (because I don't want to deal with the company) but they said I couldn't because it had already shipped! They also said I couldn't stop the credit card payment because they had proof of shipment.

Return policy is a scam

Return policy is a scam. Don’t buy from them. I ordered a part for my refrigerator which turned out to be incorrect. I could tell it was wrong by the size of the box. However, the process to return had me take a picture of the part. I never even took it out of the box. After I sent it back ( a $37 UPS charge) I was informed the part was used and my refund was denied. What crooks! Beware!

I would give this company zero stars if possible. I’ve waited almost 3 months for a part that was originally shown to be in stock on their website only for it to be on back order then for it to change once again to discontinued. Terrible communication do not use!

Worst company to deal with. They claim to have parts, but for months calling back to request update on my order and they every time inform that it is coming from the factory in 1 week! Stay away from doing business with them.

Horrible return policy.

I ordered crisper drawers for my GE fridge. I ordered the wrong part by mistake. They were about 1 inch wider than the ones I needed. Therefore, they could not be installed. I paid 50 dollars to send them back in the hopes of a full refund. Since one was taken out of the plastic, they said it was installed and therefore ineligible for return. I went back and forth with customer service and they did not refund my money. Not even for the one that was still in the box. this is a horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM.

CROOKS

They sent me the wrong replacement parts for my cookstop, even though I provided the correct model and serial numbers. The parts were unused and in their original packaging. I sent then via UPS at my cost as requested. I then received an email that the parts were damaged and my refund denied. This is an absolute LIE. Terrible, crooked company- BEWARE!!!!!!
