I would give AppleTv a much higher…

I would give AppleTv a much higher rating, as they have some great series. However, the website itself is so insanely bad that it almost has to be intentional. I don't use apple devices, and Apple seem intent on making it almost impossible to use their services on anything but Apple products.

It is an abortion.

It is an abortion.
It ask for password. I enter it. Then another screen pops up. Then I have to enter the numbers that been sent to me by text. I enter the numbers. Then press sign in. Then the whole process starts all over again and again and again it's never ending. Going round in circles for ever see ya later. Never again will I entertain apple. Never bought an apple electrical product because they are rubbish. Seems apple TV is the same as there physical products ------ rubbish

Forgot my password and Apple says I…

Forgot my password and Apple says I need an iPhone or iPad for a quick reset. Of course,if you're on Android likee, you're doomed. After thought I finally managed to get into my account, I had to enter my card details. Somehow Apple says it's not the correct details?!. Oh my god, I gave up. Then they wonder why their Apple TV streaming is not popular.
Wanted an hour for nothing.

Apple makes it impossible to recover Apple account so that you can cancel subscriptions and ask for a refund!

I earned 3 months free Apple TV for buying earbuds,

I activated it but the content was so weak , I did not even watched 1-2 streams, forgot I had it, forgot my password etc.

And I was charget at the end of the free term.
Trying to end the subscription and request a refund for something I have not even logged in in the last couple of months ... and here the fun part starts!

There are two accounds one for apple tv, but you have to request refunds from your apple account!?
Somehow I had one, but password forgotten. Everytime I reset my passprt Apple does not recognize the new password, I tried it three or four times already.
Okay the first couple of rimes I might be at fault, still managed the match the passwords though.
The last couples it is impossible to be my fault.

Apple especially do not recognize my new password to make me give up !!!

I am Android user forever,
How Apple fans stands to this brand, I really do not understand.

AppleTv+ is the worst streaming…

AppleTv+ is the worst streaming alternativ.
No good original content and everthing they show, you can see cheaper on other streaming service.
Plus if you cancel your subscription you will get kicked off their platform immediately, even do you just paid for a month.
Only good show is Murderbot, but every episode is only 15-20 minutes long

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! Why do Apple offer free trials of Apple TV+ for PC/Windows on their website, and even have an app for PC/Windows, when it isn't possible to log in to your Apple account to get access to Apple TV+ on PC/Windows? Absolutely USELESS! The worst part is that the website will sometimes allow you to sign up for a 7 day free trial (which requires you to register a method of payment) and THEN it won't work ever again. So they will keep charging you money after the trial period, but you will never actually get access to any content or even be allowed to log onto your account again to cancel the subscription or delete your payment details. They're basically stealing people's money. I honestly don't how they have gotten away with this scam for YEARS now. And not, it's not just me. There are LOTS of reports from other people experiencing the exact same problem. At first I though it was a temporary bug, but it has been going on for years. Do NOT give this company your payment details!

Apple scam

My Apple TV not working and Apple preventing me from contacting them to get it fixed or cancelled. So I'm having to pay* for a service that doesn't exist. Can't cancel because Apple takes the money via my credit card which means I need to contact Apple to cancel. Which they're not allowing me to do. Complete scam!

Apple won't take complaints

I bought a computer from Apple nearly 2 years ago. I bought Microsoft word with it. Stupidly, I thought that piece of software was in the computer (that's right part of it) they sold it to me. It wasn't fit for purpose Microsoft Word never worked. It was moribund. Autosave was turned off. Also, they didn't tell me I would need an EXTRA password. So, I bought Microsoft that would never work as autosave was switched off and they never told me I'd need a password for it. Why not have a password for every single thing you click on? It's taken 2 years for them to tell me why the Apples not saving. Don't buy Microsoft from Apple. They sell it to you and if its faulty they don't want to know

Irresponsible and harmful content

Irresponsible and harmful content – cocaine use portrayed as normal.

Your Friends and Neighbours on Apple TV is deeply disturbing. The series is filled with constant cocaine use – shown casually, repeatedly, and without consequence. This isn’t storytelling, it’s glorification.

These characters act as role models whether Apple likes it or not. Normalizing hard drug use like this is irresponsible and dangerous, especially on a mainstream platform.

There should be clear limits on how such content is portrayed. Cocaine use should not be entertainment. Apple TV is failing in its responsibility to protect viewers – especially younger ones – from content that encourages destructive behaviour.

I strongly advise others to avoid this series.

It doesn't take long…

It doesn't take long for an arrogant company to ruin the experience. Just over a week with them and they demand me to sign back in for security but, they don't let you back into your account when they just taken your subscription money. So I will stop my subscription and get the bank to take back my money! Shame because I did like watching the programs?

Buffering

Buffering. Buffering. Buffering. Day after day. Never see any on Amazon, Netflix, iPlayer, Now. Apple is quite literally unwatchable most of the time. One of the biggest tech companies in the world can't even get to first base. Won't be renewing. Can't recommend.

Tigers/Cubs game 6/6/2025

Tigers/Cubs game 6/6/2025. Tigers normally on Detroit Fanduel. Obviously most people who have Xfinity in Detroit. Don’t want to go through all the bullshit to watch a game on Apple TV.. but have no issue with streaming, The issue was the broadcasters and crowd noise, etc. Comerica Park was sold out for this game and all you could hear was the broadcasters who sounded like they were in their basement with no crowd around. The negative reviews about Apple TV are endless. Please work on your product Apple TV if you’re going to televise events because at this point, it sucks ass.

Poor site design for not much to watch

Poor site. Keeps telling me my subscription has run out, until I sign out and back in again. Has TV shows that seem available, but tells me I can only watch them on appletv and tries to download an app? Why can't I watch it online? Not a lot of shows compared to other streaming services, but Murderbot and Severance are good.
