Apollo Neuroscience is pioneering a new category of wearable technology that actively improves health, using touch therapy to promote stress resilience, sleep, focus, recovery, and more. We believe that the human body is powerful, resilient, and has the capacity to heal. When we can tap into our ability to balance and calm the nervous system, we can take better control over our mental and physical health. Feeling well doesn’t have to be a struggle. We built the Apollo Neuro technology because current health tools often don’t cut it. Meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork may help, but are often not enough on their own. And they’re really hard to learn and and even harder to work into your daily routines, especially when you’re already busy and feeling stressed. The Apollo wearable puts you back in the driver’s seat. Unlike other wearables, this is not a biometric tracking device. Apollo is a therapeutic wearable, designed to be worn discreetly on the wrist, ankle, or anywhere by clipping it to your clothing, that works by sending gentle vibrations to the body that signal safety to the brain. It's a safe, non-invasive way to relax, get the sleep you need, focus your attention, and find your flow. Using the Apollo wearable consistently over time helps to retrain your nervous system, helping you recover from stress and feel better overall.

I love my Apollo!
I love my Apollo!! This is the most versatile on demand stress relief support I own - but it's so much more. I wear it to sleep every night, as a preworkout assist, for nervousness help, nausea relief, focus support and calming. I really couldn't live without it - such a game changer for nervous system support in today's world!!

I've been using the Apollo Neuro with an Android for several years
I've been using the Apollo Neuro with my Android device for several years. Over that time, I've noticed a significant improvement with the Android App. When I started using the Apollo, the results were great but connection issues really frustrated me. I've suffered from migraines for decades and have tried all kinds of things from homeopathic to prescription options. While the prescriptions work, I try to avoid them whenever possible. The Focus Program on the Apollo - one of the default programs that come with the device app - can eliminate a lower-grade migraine if I catch it early enough. AND, it can help reduce or eliminate the pain faster with my other migraine options. I love the Social program when I need to be around people and I simply don't want to, and the Sleep program has been incredibly helpful as well. I also like the fact that I can create a schedule so that certain programs run at certain times. I love my Apollo so much that I lent a spare device to a friend who is dealing with anxiety and sleep issues. I'd say give it a try - with the 30 day money back guarantee, what do you have to lose?

What I Think After Using It for 10+…
What I Think After Using It for 10+ Days
I bought the Apollo Neuro from the company’s website because they had a sale and I saved some money compared to Amazon. I’ve been using it for a little over 10 days now, mostly to help with stress and sleep. Some parts I like, but there are also a few things that really bug me.
---
Things I Like
✅ I saved money buying from their website instead of Amazon.
✅ The app is pretty easy to use once it's set up.
✅ I love that you can schedule the vibration settings so it runs without me having to remember.
✅ Their customer service has been quick to respond when I had questions.
✅ It charges with a regular USB, so I just plug it in on my nightstand.
✅ I can feel the vibrations, and sometimes they help me remember to calm down.
✅ I found a 10-pack of bands on Amazon for about $10 that actually fit me better.
✅ I’m hoping it will help me sleep longer, especially once I try the AI sleep features.
---
Things I Don’t Like
❌ Shipping took over 10 days. They used DHL, and it sat for days before even leaving the warehouse.
❌ The app starts with “female” selected instead of letting me pick. That just feels off.
❌ The strap that came with it didn’t even reach around my ankle. The “large” strap would’ve cost $30 if I had decided to buy it—but I didn’t, because that seemed pointless when Amazon bands worked better and were way cheaper.
❌ It feels like they made this mostly for women and kids, not for guys like me.
❌ You already pay over $300 for the thing, and then they want $100 a year for the “good” features.
❌ I have to charge it every day if I use it how they recommend.
❌ The app made me tap over 480 times to set my birthday—one month at a time. That was ridiculous.
❌ That strap price feels like price gouging. It should come with one that fits or at least be free or cheap.
❌ So far, I can’t tell if it really works or if it just feels like it works because I want it to.

My Thoughts So Far
Right now, I mostly use Apollo for sleep. I’ve worn it during the day too, and once or twice it helped calm me down when I was stressed. But that’s rare. I like the idea of it helping with sleep, especially with the AI features that I haven’t tried yet. I track my sleep with a Garmin Venu 3S watch, and I already made a lot of progress before I even got this device. So it’s hard to tell if Apollo is helping or not.
If the AI sleep stuff works and I see better sleep data on my Garmin, then I’ll say it’s worth the money. I’d pay for the subscription and everything. Sleep is a big deal to me—if I sleep better, I can do more and feel better.
But I’m still not sure yet. I’ll keep testing it. If it really does help me sleep longer and feel more rested, it could be a game changer. But right now? I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I'm a very tightly wired person!
I'm a very tightly wired person! Due to this I've been working on improving my vagal tone and taking daily steps to support my vagus nerve and better calm/improve all related systems, including my HRV and PWV. So, over the past several years, I've become a fan of wearable devices that help me better understand and support myself/my well-being. I've worn an Oura Ring since 2019 and became interested in the Apollo Neuro in 2020, I researched other similar type wearables and kept circling back to the Apollo Neuro so I finally ordered one two months ago. There was a mess up with the delivery and Abraham in customer care answered my call, engaged his shipping department and together they got USPS back on track and my Apollo arrived safe and sound. Abraham has also been helpful and kind about answering my questions, via email, as I've gotten to know my Apollo device. I have been a faithful/daily user of the Apollo, so I do need to watch the battery setting on the app to make sure it is charged before bed and/or when I start the day since I filled out the Core Vibes quiz in the app and the Apollo is now programed with a personalized Schedule (based on your quiz answers, it will auto program Monday-Friday, you need to manually enter Saturday and Sunday) to start/stop specific Vibes at different times to best support me, day and night. My improvements due to wearing the Apollo are still a work in progress. I currently wear it on my ankles, I find that convenient and comfortable, I switch it back and forth, left by day and right by night, in order not to desensitize any particular area. I do find the Vibes stimulating and soothing. One Vibe that has worked surprisingly well for me is the Power Nap - I am not a napper, I struggle to sleep well at night (one of the things I hope to improve by using the Apollo Neuro) let alone to take a break for a nap during the day, however I've been under a great deal of stress and I chose to try the Power Nap Vibe, twice now, and it's worked very well - as best I can tell the initial/starting part of the Power Nap Vibe calms you and then later it stimulates you to help you wake up. Overall, I am happy that I decided to invest in an Apollo Neuro. My results have been promising and I think they'll be even better once I've upgraded to the Premium Vibes, which I believe improves my Apollo's interface with my Oura Ring. I'd encourage you to try it and if your budget is currently tight, like mine, watch for a sale to help you afford accessories. Purchasing tips: the Clip comes in the box (I made the mistake of purchasing one and it's not returnable, bummer) and I highly recommend investing in the ankle/oversized Strap which gives you more flexibility in wearing your Apollo.

Total rip-off! :( Stay away until the manufacturer fixes the problems & lowers the price significantly!
In principle, the idea & effect of the Apollo Neuro are good — BUT the execution is absolutely poor.
There are constant connection issues, which make it nearly impossible to use the device as intended. That’s simply unacceptable!
For the EXTREMELY high price of the Apollo Neuro, this is outrageous!
The support is just an AI chatbot & not really helpful.
Clearing app data, resetting the device, & re-pairing sometimes works — but often it doesn’t.
Unfortunately, I’m not the only one experiencing these issues.
Many modes are also only available with an EXTREMELY expensive subscription.
Conclusion: Total rip-off! :( Stay away until the manufacturer fixes the problems & lowers the price significantly!

After 30 days of use
After 30 days of use, overall well-being has improved, sleep has also slightly improved, and HRV (according to Oura Ring measurements) has slightly increased. Sleep duration has also extended a bit, although not every day. There are still fluctuations in sleep.

Immediate good change in my insomnia.
My doctor recommended Apollo Neuro to help me recover from a dysregulated nervous system that caused me to get no more than 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours of sleep each night for a few months. I’ve been using this device now for a little more than a week and already have more than doubled my amount of sleep per night.

helpful product with room for improvement
overall i am glad i purchased an apollo neuro. in my first month, i did notice an improvement in my sleep. specifically, i don’t wake up in the middle of the night as much. i’ve also noticed an improvement in headaches, focus, and mood.
my only complaints are that the sleep tracking is not very accurate and will often track me as sleeping when i clearly am not. i also think the app is a bit buggy. however, despite this i’ve seen enough benefit from the product that id say it is worth a shot if you can afford it.

Cheap Junk Overpriced Hardware
I really want to give this 5 stars but here is the issue. The device itself feels like it came out of a gumball machine. It's just extremely cheap plastic. The band itself is absolute trash and keeps falling off. I've already almost lost my device not realizing it fell off my wrist. The price point at $350 for such cheap hardware is criminal. On top of it you need to pay $100 a year to access the more helpful features on the device. I do feel it has helped me in sleeping a little better but I've only used for 5 days so I can't really speak to that as of yet. If this device was priced at $100 then I would most likely be able to give it 5 stars. Def not worth the high cost imo.

Beyond Frustrated
I have been beyond frustrated with my Apollo device. It's a great idea, but the implementation is garbage.
What you receive upon purchase is a small device that vibrates. Beyond a clip and a synthetic band, that's it. There's your $500.
First of all, as soon as you buy it, it prompts you to purchase "Smartvibes" which promise to increase your sleep by ..an amount a day! That's only another $100. I resisted for a while, but the device actually did seem to be helping me sleep, so I figured "why not?" and purchased it.
Everything went downhill from there. First off, the SmartVibes (or is it Smartvibes?) add-on suggested I delete my current schedule. This was a toughie, because it had taken me almost a week to (inexplicably) have to set up "sleep" scheduling from 10PM-6AM. I had to create event after event in the app and make sure that they didn't overlap. There is no option to just select an area of time and say "I sleep during this time."
But once I purchased SmartVibes, it informed me that my events were preventing SV from operating properly, and that I should cancel my events and also wear it at least 3 hours during the day and 3 hours at night. Thus, it began. The charging port for the Apollo is on the inside of the device. Short of turning my leg or arm into a USB-A (that's right, the current version doesn't even support USB-C charging) port, I don't really know how to do that and the SmartVibes doesn't tell you. Nor does it really tell you what it's doing.
The best thing that SmartVibes is doing, I think, is for the company to harvest data on the users, because it sure didn't seem to be doing anything for me. It's a black box that only tells you what you've done, sometimes...And I'm being literal on that. I have a Garmin smartwatch, several pairs of headphones (in and out of ear), and other USB/Bluetooth devices - all of which connect better, more efficiently, and more reliably than this device that resides either on my wrist or ankle at any given time. Routinely, I'd get "not able to connect" errors from my phone regarding the device.
When I would get these errors, oftentimes the device would be on my wrist and I'd be holding it in my hand. Sleep data and other things were a nightmare to get collected. I emailed the company, and the consensus from them was basically "have you tried turning it off and back on again."
To give you an idea of how expensive, yet dumb this device is, it doesn't even register that you've taken it off. That's right - it can be in the middle of a cycle, I unstrap it, and it continues vibrating and continuing the cycle. When the app won't register, I've found the best way to stop it from continuing is to just plug it into its USB-A cable. That stops it. Which really makes me dubious about the claims that the $100 SmartVibes subscription is doing anything, really, except maybe responding to a gyoscope in the device. It doesn't even have a pulse monitor like my Garmin Watch, or an Apple watch, or a fitbit, or a...you get the picture.
Bottom line: If your super-expensive single-purpose device without any display or other function that's supposed to help me with my body can't tell that I've unstrapped you from my body, you have some huge design flaws. For $100, I'd accept this. For half of the price of a high-market phone, this is a terrible buy. I'd love my money back.

Good Device. Charging Issues. Not the best support
I like the Apollo and find it helpful. My concern is more of a quality one. There appears to be an issue with the charging of the device. The cord that is supplied does not seem to be of the best quality. I have had my device less than a week. I contacted support and was told to purchase another cord. If the device was cheap I wouldn't expect top quality but this device and the service is not. After other customers have voiced concerns about the same issue one would believe it would behoove someone in a decision making capacity to do something about it. One suggestion would be to change to a type C USB like most other devices. As a new company they need to be more receptive to their customers concerns. If there is an issue with the cable, offer to send a replacement. Don't tell someone who just spent money on your product to go by another cord after three days of ownership. People who take time to take surveys sometimes want to complain. I like the device and want to see the company succeed. But with the type of nonchalant attitude towards customers concerns. I may look for another alternative.
The company reached out to me regarding more information. Not sure how I could be more detailed 🤔
I have been using the device albeit the charging issues have remained. The cord that was shipped with the unit appears to have been defective. I purchased another micro cord and it has worked better. Just a poor experience starting Out made me a bit concerned. The support is clunky and a bit confusing with the repeat email thread with generic responses. Could be a bit more personalized.

I purchased the Apollo neuro to help with sleep and racing heart
I purchased the Apollo neuro to help with my sleep and also a racing heart, it helped with neither, but the pulses did feel nice. I then lost the cord and after a while purchased a cord from them and when I went to charge it, nothing worked, the help person literally suggested to try charging it with a different charging cord, I have the email. Anyway nothing worked, they wouldn’t take the cord back and said the Apollo is only warranty is 1 year.

I started using the Apollo neuro and after 5 days I think I’m seeing some improvement in terms of sleep. From what my friends have told me it will really kick in after a few weeks so eager to see if there are real noticeable differences.

Completed my order on april 20
Completed my order on april 20. and payment went quick and smooth from my Android device. Unfortunetly the color I ordered is out of stock until 20. of may. I want to change the color, but I get 0 respond to any of my mails. 2 years ago I tryed ordering as well. Back then my Danish address was not accepted and non of my mails with suggestions for workarounds in the Apollo mail system resulted in any form of response. Back then I gave up and asked my bank to get my money back from Apollo. I dont know if my address will be accepted this time, even if the color gets back in stock.

Customer Service
Ordering was easy and delivery quick but I had problems with my email right after purchase. Sent a email that took days for them to respond to with a “standard” answer. They were unwilling to change my email and the customer service rep was less than helpful telling me I would have to delete my account and go through the set up all over again. Not impressed with their customer service and nowhere has there been an explanation of why they just can’t change my email.

I’ve worn Apollo Neuro every day for years
I’ve worn Apollo Neuro every day for months, and it’s transformed how I manage stress, sleep, and energy—Social mode settles my nerves before meetings, Sleep mode eases me into deep rest, and Energy mode keeps me alert on long drives without the caffeine crash. My teenage daughter now relies on Calm mode to steady her emotions, and the discreet clip plus new color bands make it both practical and stylish to wear. I even gifted one to my sister.. If you’re looking for a simple, science‑backed way to take control of your nervous system, Apollo Neuro is a total game‑changer.

Amazing!!!
This product has been absolutely amazing so far!
I have used it to fall asleep, stay focused and get energized. It has done all 3 for me!
My only complaint is the battery life but that’s not a huge deal compared to the good it has done!
