Hands down it’s the best filtration around.
I had a problem with my system and they did everything to help me resolve the issue. In the end, they sent me a new system. It’s hands down the best filtration system and their personal touch and care with customers is invaluable. I will be a lifetime customer.

Hi, I was previously a customer of Cuz-n and was concerned that the pre-filter I received was incorrect but I was assured by Salvador that it was correct (it was!). The design had changed. I was also given instructions on how to easily change it out. All in all pleased with Salvador’s help.
Shipping was costly for something so small and lightweight though.

I have been a APEC customer for over six years now. They have never disappointed me. I have always been able to rely on their customer service when necessary. My entire home is covered by APEC. Whole home water filtration system, water softener, and our RO system for drinking water that is better quality than any bottled water. I will always use APEC. An American company that stands behind their product. What more more could you ask for.

Leaks
Needed full replacement unit but could only get head unit but not new canisters. Fixed it with new O-rings and swapping around canisters but new canisters would've been less time and better solution.
