It's been two and a half weeks and my bicycle never shipped; when I emailed to find out what was going on I wasn't given an answer so I canceled my order.

I am very pleased with my purchase!

I am very pleased with my purchase!
I originally ordered the Jackie bike but when it kept getting delayed over several months because of supply shortages, the team reached out to me and offered me a free upgrade to a different bike. I couldn’t be happier with my Frida Limited! It’s adorable, comfortable, and well made. The company was very helpful throughout the process😊

I love my Rosa bike from A/O Bicycles!

I love my Rosa bike from A/O Bicycles! It's so fun to ride and really pretty...someone always compliments it when I'm out and about. The bike is great and the customer service is super. If/when I need another bike, I'll definitely go back to A/O!

This bike is the one!

This bike is the one! Got during the pandemic and it took a while to arrive, understandable. It rides great! Putting it together took two people and lots of patience but well worth it!

I love my new A/O Maya bike

I love my new A/O Maya bike. It’s perfect for tooling around my neighborhood, and it’ll be great if I ever ride on more hilly terrain or bike commute to work. I was able to assemble it myself, though the diagram for the first steps showed the handlebars attached—they were not. Tech support went to voicemail, so I figured it out on my own. With brake and gear cables, it was a little tricky. When I was ready to ride, some gears were noisy, and I chose not to work on them myself. A bike mechanic spent over an hour tuning it all up. He said that some noise may be inevitable because of the chainwheel design (all one piece) and suggested that I could change that part if/when I wear out my chain. But it’s all good for now—so happy to have a new “upright” bike after years on hand-me-down mountain and road bikes.

I looked for a long time for a bike…

I looked for a long time for a bike during the pandemic. It seemed all the good ones were sold out. Then I discovered A/O bikes that are made JUST for women! I was so excited when it came in the mail. It is an excellent bike. My favorite part is the very accommodating seat. Love it!!!

A/O Women's Bicycle Frida 7 Speed Hybrid Cruiser.

I purchased the A/O Women's Bicycle Frida 7 Speed Hybrid Cruiser. I have short legs and it’s so nice to have a bike that fits me and is specifically built for women.
I Love this bike; it is so pretty. I’m excited to find if out if it’s true that you’ll always remember how to ride a bike. Wish me luck!

Customer service kept me informed of shipment delays due to the pandemic. It arrived at a perfect time for spring and summer adventures. I highly recommended Sixthreezero and A/O Women’s bikes.

Recommend!

Bike arrived later than expected (but was true of most bike companies due to supply chain struggles during the pandemic). Bike is a great mix of style and function. It’s comfortable yet has great speed options (I got the Maya) and was built with beautiful and thoughtful details for women.

Get it

I got the Maya 21 Speed bike and I love it. The bike instructions were simple and I was able to put the bike together alone. I was also able to ride it soon after. Such a beautiful bike. Customer service is on point and will help you with literally any problem you may have. It’s honestly worth the price.

High quality bike with a comfy seat.

I ordered my bike in 2020 when the pandemic started. Understandably, there was a delay in receiving my bike which got pushed back a few times so it took about 6 months total. That being said I am sooo glad I waited. I ordered the Frida bike and couldn't be happier. Set up was relatively easy, (I was able to assemble mostly by myself). It's a big bikes and a bit heavy, but definitely sturdy and made of high quality materials. I've taken it out on a few bike trails and couldn't be happier with how it rides. Also, I'm about 5'4 and around 200 lbs and found that the seat was super comfortable which has always been in issue with other bikes. I've taken it out on a few bike trails and couldn't be happier cruising alongside the ocean. I would highly recommend! 🚲🌺

Happy customer

I have not ridden a bike in 15 years, and this bike is perfect! I have just been riding around my neighborhood with my kids and the 1-speed is great for that. The bike is super cute, and assembly was pretty easy.

I purchased the Frida bike last week

I purchased the Frida bike last week, having been told that it was in stock. It has still not been sent. A/O bikes tells me that it will be shipped when FedEx gets around to picking it up. Who knows when that will be. Apparently nobody, There doesn't seem to be anyone at A/O that is interested.

The Maya

I purchased my Maya bike last summer, and although I had to wait about six weeks to get her, it was worth the wait! I use my bike as a commuter too and from school (about five miles each way) and take her for trips on local trails on the weekend. This is the first bike I’ve had since I was a kid, and I’m loving it so much!

Although I made my purchase in July, I never received my bike

Although I made my purchase in July, I only recently canceled my order. Correct, I never received my bike. The original delivery date was October. At the end of September I was notified that the delivery date was pushed to December. Just before Thanksgiving I received notice the new date was January. During this time I received multiple advertising notices for other models from their sister company Sixthzero. After waiting for over 5 months, I finally canceled my order. I lost confidence that I would ever receive my bike. There was never any offer of compensation for the long wait, no discount, no added accessories, just "sorry" you can cancel or wait. Has anyone received a bike from this company? Things did get scrambled as a result of COVID and I understand that piece. Note I ordered in July, months after the World was hit with shutdown, etc. I would caution anyone who wants one of the high end bikes, you may never actually receive it.

Abysmal Customer Service

I ordered two bikes from A/O as birthday gifts for my girlfriend and her best friend. That was in July, 2020. I received exactly zero updates on the order for my girlfriend, which I was originally told would be delivered in August, 2020. I called about the bike in September when it had not arrived only to be told shipment would be delayed until December. No email, no phone call. Nothing. As for the other bike, which was also delayed, although I was not informed about the original delay to September (and then October), I did receive an email saying the October date would be delayed to December and then another saying it was delayed until January. This week, the last week of December, I called to check on both bikes after both women's children got bikes for Christmas. It was only then that I found out that shipment was delayed again until March. No email. No phone call. No apology. In fact, after being on hold for 30m to speak to an operator mid-day, the 1st operator I got was using a clearly deficient headset/phone and hung up on me. If I were burning in Hell and the only certain means of escaping was riding an A/O bike, I would burn in hell (it would probably freeze over before delivery anyway).

Great customer service

This review is solely based on customer service. I have to say I’m quite impressed by the promptness of their response to my questions. I pre-ordered the Maya, which is supposed to come end of January 2021 (around the time of my bday so it’ll be a nice gift to myself 🤗). Will update my review when I get my bike!

My first order was cancelled after 6…

My first order was cancelled after 6 weeks of a pre-order status. I was told they could not fulfill my order. This is my second time to pre-order a bike. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to actually receive one.
