Dont buy a scooter from aova store they dont answer when you try and contact them, and their scooters are crap,, everything broke, its leaking water in to the battery compartment and all the electrical connectors are corroding, full of rust. Once you open up the battery compartment you cant tighten the screws. The list is so long i cant write it all 😡

Don't buy from these I got a scooter not a full year just yet and then poll snapped while was on it bear in mind scooter wasn't used all the time so I got onto to them about it told me wasn't able to get free replacement scooter instead had to buy brand new one I wouldn't recommend gettin a scooter from them if it falls apart don't get refunded or nun very disappointed

My order never arrived yet I paid £954 I have had no help in getting a refund, this was August 2023 yet still no refund. My advice is stay well away from this company. 🙁

Very bad experience
Bought two electric scooter. After about week one of the scooter has problem with battery , during driving just cut of the power. They sent me first battery and was wrong battery , second time the same story , third battery still wrong fourth time was correct, but they told I have to fit myself because they don't have service company in Europe. Very bad experience, stay away !!!!
