Glasses wrong and gave me a reduced refund. Beware
Admittedly I got my prescription wrong the first time 0.25 instead of -0.25. I then sent my prescription to them. They then redid my glasses at another expense and they were still wrong.
I have since used a different service (same frames) and they are perfect.
Why they don't ask for the prescription in first the place?
Company is in China so delays and bad customer service. Don't use.

For your second order, we processed the products strictly in accordance with your prescription and inspected them before shipment. Therefore, if you request a refund, you need to return the product at your own expense, and the price of prescription lenses is non-refundable. After this, there is no refund amount available for your order.

Don't order!
Glasses were a completely different colour than advertised on their website. Asked for a refund as per their 90 Day warranty on the website and was offered £5 and are refusing to refund me.

Review of additional frames!
Overall my experience was great especially the "try on" feature.
After I choose my filters for a frame search....I will begin to review them....I will click on one that I like to review and evaluate the specs etc. If I decide that I would to review additional frames before I make my final decision....the site will return me to the beginning of my search and filters rather than allowing me to move forward from the frame I just reviewed. In other words, I have to start all over reviewing frames I have already seen or have no interest.....it can be frustrating and time consuming
