Used for a family trip to Costa Rica- Timely, easy to communicate with, great hotels and activities- everything exceeded our expectations! Would recommend Anywhere to anyone and everyone.

From the initial trip planning to the services provided during our trip and the resolution of problems, Gema ( our trip planner) was right on target.
Once we were in Costa Rica, all I had to do was call about an issue, eg. changing pick up times when our flight times changed, and problem solved. When our flight to Costa Rica was delayed , Gema reached out to the hotel to try to get us a refund for the unused night.
In the future I would not hesitate to use Anywhere.com.

You are so so lovely, what you managed for us whilst we were away, we are truly grateful. As well as Giang and your team behind the scenes, you answered all of our questions, not matter what time it was or what day it was. We always had a driver to pick us up, drop us off, all very nice people. The excursion guides and the trips themselves could not have been better. Very knowledgeable, intelligent young people telling us about their country, was fascinating and we loved it.
The time you came to meet us was lovely, and personable, i will treasure that.

Vicente helped us create an ideal itinerary building on all the experiences that we were hoping for with guided hiking, river rafting, hot springs, ziplining, suspension bridges and a beautiful beach. He made recommendations on stunning accommodations and then put together all of the reservations for our days and nights. He was super knowledgeable, helpful, and available anytime that I had a question. His pricing was exactly what I would have paid if I had done all the legwork myself. I have always done the trip planning and homework in our family and Vicente made my job a breeze. I can't say enough good things about Vicente. Thank you! We are planning another trip back in early January and I plan to call Vicente at Anywhere to book everything!

Jessica was incredibly responsive and I had A LOT of questions. She was very patient and followed through on everything. The activities she helped us choose weee top notch and the resorts she recommended were the next I’ve ever stayed in. All I had to do was give some basic info about what I was looking for and she did the rest.

Jenniffer is outstanding! So responsive and attentive to details. She made our trip so memorable! She knows the best tours and best hotels in the area. The little details she shared about how to best prepare for the trip were so helpful as well.
Everything worked out just how we planned. It was amazing! All the little details were sincerely considered, from the drivers' names to which places would be best for our family.

The staff at Anywhere were instrumental in helping me plan my dream trip to Costa Rica. Having pre-arranged transportation, excursions (and a variety to choose from!!) and any and all questions answered in a very timely manner, was awesome! We just returned from a 1 week trip to Peru through Anywhere Peru (2 adults and 2 children). This was the first time I ever used a tour company to plan a trip. Our experience was wonderful. Cesar planned a very organized tour that included everything I requested and more. The whole team was available anytime we needed through a handy WhatsApp chat. Lisbeth even retrieved my husband’s lost watch from a hotel for us in Cusco at night.

The local guides were phenomenal- specifically Bryan (my children’s favorite) at Machu Picchu and Soledad at the Sacred Valley and Vinicunca (Soledad went above and beyond to help my children with the trek at such a high altitude - my favorite!). Their pride showing us their home and culture shined. Our driver Amilcar in Cusco was particularly skilled as well. Seeing the country with local guides made our experience richer.

I should also mention Sara from Lima and AnnaMaria from Puno helped us navigate through their cities and were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this Peru-based company!

Anywhere.com, Patricia, provided the best trip planning experience i have ever encountered. They were very thorough, quick with responses, very professional and courteous. They did not leave anything out which made our family of 6 travel plans run so smoothly. They were always available for any questions or changes. Their transpotation staff abd vehicles were very nice, on time and efficient. Christopher was our driver and he was excellent. He drove very safely and was so courteous. We will definitely be using Anywhere.com again and we highly recommend their planning services. Thank you to all the staff.

We booked all the transportations from anywherecostarica.com for our trip to Costa Rica this summer. They have arranged everything beautifully and made a seamless connection to deliver the shoes we left at the first resort to the airport when we left the country. The drivers were on time and very friendly. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to families and friends.

Was easy to plan our Costa Rica trip - the drivers and tour guides were consistently on time. Excellent communication from Anywhere travel agent re changes re pick up time, and we were able to change our itinerary with short notice as needed. It would be helpful to know the tour operator 1-2 days in advance so we can ourselves check their website about items to bring or not to bring, as there was some inconsistencies and confusion. I would also recommending suggesting to bring both Colones and USD on tours if possible - it's helpful depending on the situation.

Thank you for putting together such a memorable vacation. From touchdown in Lima to take off from Lima, everything was perfectly planned. The recommendation of hotels, restaurants and itinerary (covering Lima, Cusco, MachuPicchu, Paracas and Ica) worked well for us.

With timely messaging over whatsapp, information was readily available and the plan was very clear. Our travel guides were professionals, knowledgable, supportive and caring.

From local travel, to tickets and meals and joining us during the hike and sharing the history and culture of Peru and preparing us for altitude sickness, it was all planned well. Our daughter may not have done Waynapicchu hike without Cesar's help and encouragement.

They helped relieve the travel stress by taking care of all the necessary details.

We had the best trip to Costa Rica. Gema took care of everything and made the trip seamless. She was open to any changes to the itinerary that we wanted, and was a prompt and efficient communicator. It was so nice having all of our accommodations booked, and they were some of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The most incredible part was having all of our transfers taken care of – this took so much stress out of planning and being on a trip. When we landed, Gema reached out via Whatsapp, which was really reassuring to know we always had a contact. 10 out of 10 on service from Gema!
