Demetrio Plaza greeted me with a friendly and professional manner. That set the tone for the interaction. After a few minutes, I knew, I had selected the best company to help me. I have never had any problems with the IRS so when I found myself with a large Tax debt I needed help. I found it.

lisa marie was super relatable, kind, and professional. the consultation went smooth. The irs agent was super nice and the wait time was very short. if i would have called on my own, my wait time would have been over an hour and they would have been so rude to me and i would have more than likely gotten disconnected. i would recommend this company, especially lisa marie... YOU ROCK!!!! and i hope you continue to shine.

I have been worried about my tax situation. When I spoke to the representative they were able to walk me through the process. We called the IRS together and requested all the info I would need. The agent at the IRS was very helpful. I would recommend Anthem to anyone in need of a tax professional. I ripped that band-aid off and it was not that bad. Thanks Anthem.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided so far by Anthem and particularly with Alex Z. I spoke to a few tax services companies before hiring them and the phone conversation I had with Alex gave me all answers I needed, it was really informative and moreover I could tell he is a true professional.

I was under the impression that they would help reduce my tax debt, they only lower my tax repayment monthly
amount. No other changes to my amount. Never ask me questions. Never told me what was going on. I have no idea what I paid so much money for!!!!!

I was using Optima Tax Relief and not impressed by their impersonal contact, and lack of care or concern about my tax issues. I decided to call Anthem and so happy I did! My first call with Lisa Marie Barker made me feel she really cared about my issue and after taking down my financial information got on line with the IRS to get a tax update. Marie Lin then worked with me on my current year tax return and was fantastic and great to work with! I got a notice from the IRS and a call with Lisa Marie and the IRS was done immediately to resolve my issue! They know about programs to help with every tax situation. I am very happy, and relieved, at the outcome Anthem provided me, Lisa Marie in particular. What made my experience awesome was that I mattered to them. You won’t find better service than Anthem!
