We just started using Answer Force 2 weeks ago and we have been so impressed with the quality of their Call Center service! They have continued to work with us to update our Call script and flow so that we are now getting more conversions that previously - and Answer Force has also allowed us to greatly reduce the amount we were spending on hiring Call Center Reps directly. Definitely 5 Stars! Some of the things we value:
- Excellent Customer Service - they quickly get back to us on any questions we have.
- Great call quality and the majority of those handling our customers calls are excellent English speakers, very friendly and helpful to our customers.
