We picked a gold ring that was not in stock. The great people at Ann Harrington sent us the silver ring they had in stock to see if we liked it. Once we received the ring and approved, we sent it back and they ordered the same ring in gold. Any questions regarding shipping and ring creation were always answered quickly. Ann Harrington made a custom ring guard and got it shipped overnight to us the day before the wedding. Talk about good timing! It was perfect too! I was nervous getting a custom ring made over the internet that needed to be exact to fit over the solitaire but they pulled it off!
