I ordered a case for my Airpod Pro 2s, upon arrival I went to put my Airpods in the case and my AirPods are significantly bigger than the case itself, so I went ahead and said well maybe I ordered the wrong case by accident, WRONG, I ordered the right thing and I have the correct Airpods for the case that I ordered so I contacted support after verifying I ordered the correct thing and sent pictures and they asked for more pictures afterwards and also later asked for a picture of the product number in the case itself so I sent that as well and I haven’t received or heard anything since then, I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was simply asking for the correct product that actually works with my Airpods.

It wasn’t even my package, so mine got lost in the process… and after messaging support about this, they said “We’ll contact customer logistics” and now its been over a week and a half and still no response. What a total scam

Was sent the wrong item. Ordered Satoru Gojo airpod case but instead received a Kakashi from Naruto airpod case. Needless to say, it’s disappointing, considering the money and time spent waiting on the item.
