First the clinic is very impressive and nice is in a beautiful area there very respectful the service is very good i like how they keep everything so clean i also like how everything was one step at a time first they examine your head they draw the lines all in the right areas the sergury took about 7 to 8 hours and i like how they broke it into 3 sections i liked that they feed you also i definitely recommend anyone with lose of hair to go im loving my new look i feel like a 15 year old i use to wear hats for years now i can walk anywhere without one they definitely the best hair clinic in Dominican Republic from my experience number 1

From the driver picking me up at the airport and transferring between the clinic and the hotel in which I would compare to the best Uber driver, to the medical team who was highly skilled, ensuring that every step of the process was executed flawlessly. Each person was had a dedicated role and was very professional. They used state-of-the-art technology and techniques, which contributed to a smooth and comfortable experience. I appreciated their attention to detail and the personalized approach they took to ensure the best possible results. And because I speak English, they had an interpreter with me every step of the way, so there were no communication breakdowns.

Post-procedure, the support from Anatomica continued to be outstanding. Their follow-up care and guidance were exemplary, providing me with clear instructions and answering any questions that arose. They checked in with me every few days to make sure everything was going well. The results have been nothing short of remarkable. I am thrilled with the natural-looking outcome, and it has significantly boosted my confidence.

I am very happy with the decision I made, the communication before traveling was good, when I arrived at the airport in Punta Cana they picked me up on time in a very comfortable van, they took me directly to the hotel, the hotel is super close to the clinic less than 1 mile, I rested that day, the hotel is comfortable, perfect for resting, breakfasts are included, the next day they picked me up at the scheduled time, I arrived at the clinic in less than 5 minutes and I was shocked to see the facilities so clean, so spacious , the clinic is new, the staff is very friendly, they calm you down, they give you very nice energy, they speak to you in English, Spanish or Turkish, you feel a very warm treatment, the Dr is very dear, very professional, she takes all the time to respond your questions, she shows you with a mirror where the grafts will be and for me it is very important that she makes you participate in her treatment plan, she explains to you without effort, she is really very kind and professional. It is a long day, 6-7 hours, they give you lunch and a small dinner, they are very attentive to you... the postoperative instructions are very clear and they give them to you in writing with videos for greater understanding, really. I am happy with the decision I made, thanks so much all staff !! I am very grateful to the entire group of ANATOMICA workers for their kindness and responsibility. Coming into this I was very nervous about getting a hair transplant. But, after reading reviews, communicating with the staff, and upon arrival at the clinic, my nerves began to subside because of how great everyone was. From the moment my wife and I stepped in, the doctor and everyone truly cared about making me feel comfortable, and also about being honest with what was going to be best for me. I want to thank Can for the way he translated and made everything seamless for me to understand. Can, you are amazing!

treatment was really good everyone was super nice and everything was pretty much as advertised. except for the fact that hair really didn't grow as advertised from all the hair they planted i really thought it was going to be better but i look at before and after picture and not much there and i would say they might agree with me as no one bother to contact me after i sent them the 1 year post picture( total silence) my one star is mostly for lack of checking after the fact but they wanted me to do a video mediately after surgery and if you notice all the videos are just that " mediately after surgery"
i had a previous surgery and doct checked on me every 4 month that's caring!

My name is Filippo Droghetti (in case the clinic looks for my data and see that my presence there was real) I had a septum/ rhinoplasty 5 months ago from the doctor Ismail Buyukcayr (plastic surgeon of the clinic). They were all hospitable and sympathetic, but once I got home, I didn’t get any more answers to my questions about how post-op follow-up works.

It’s been 5 months and I’m far from satisfied with my final result. I didntvget any answer most of the time I ask for clarifications about the post-op, neither from Doctor Buyukcayr nor from the translator.

For this reason I can not know how the final result will be but it does not seem to go well. So I do not recommend it.

2 different professional has visited me and they notice some defects in my operation. I'm worried

I went to the Anatomica Clinic for a hairtransplant after recommendation by a collegue who had one there. I can only say that everything has been 100% correct and highly professional. Additionally from being happy with the result, I felt every detail of the procedure was very carefully attended and explained. My translator, Ebru, monitored and supervised the whole procedure with great care and professionality. She was always available for questions and made me feel as if I had a friend I could rely on is this big big city where I did not know anyone. Exceptionally well done! Thank you!

Dear Sir,

On October 06, 2018 I was admitted to your clinic to undergo my second hair transplant. My first transplant was done in a different clinic and I was beyond happy with the results. I came to your clinic for the second transplant because you were recommended by a friend. After seeing my photographs before I came there, you said that you can transplant 2500 to 3000 hairs, and I agreed. When I got there, one of your doctors told me that you can transplant 1300 to 1700 hairs, and I agreed to that too because I had no choice and you told me I had no more hair left to transplant and that that was the last session. After the treatment, I realized that several things about it were suspicious:

1. After my first session in another clinic I had some minor bleeding on my head where the hairs were taken from, and some red spots. After your treatment there was no bleeding or red spots.

2. When washing the section with the transplanted hair there is supposed to be some hair loss. This can be noticed when washing the hair the first time, as I was told in the first clinic. However, this did not happen after your treatment, and no hair was lost, which makes me think you didn't actually transplant anything.

It's been 9 months since this happened, and I sent you an inquiry with new photos after the 2nd session and you told me that you can transplant 2500 to 3000 hairs.

This is clearly fraud, and unprofessional.

When I compare the photos from the first clinic that gave me good results and photos after the second treatment I had at your clinic, I see no difference in hair density.

I’ve just had my 2nd hair transplant at Anatomica after 13 months. I was again very pleased with the service so I’ll write a few more words.

Firstly , I was ecstatic with the result of my first hair transplant , and it was a huge improvement to my thinning hair. I always knew I would have to go back again , as I didn’t have a good head of hair to begin with.

This time round my consultant was Yasmine, a talented quadro-lingual individual who put me at ease from the very start. The clinic was busy with a mixture of Spanish, Dutch & French patients. All stages of the procedure day were handled professionally and efficiently , with Yasmine on hand as my interpreter if I ever had any questions. At the end of the procedure I was very pleased as they successfully worked on all the areas we had discussed previously .

Everything else in between was a pleasure , the friendly driver at the airport took me to a decent 4 star hotel that offers an impressive complimentary breakfast. (A lot of your fellow guests will be staying for the same reason so the atmosphere is happy & friendly).

Overall, the price for the package offered is very fair and if you’re thinking of coming to Istanbul for a hair transplant I understand it is a bit of a minefield with apparently over 100 places to choose from. Let me save you some time by recommending Anatomica. My reviews and others speak for themselves.

Excellent service provided by all at Anatomica.....travelling to another country to have any procedure can be daunting to say the least...I needen't have have been concerned. From the moment I contacted Anatomica they have been nothing but professional. Jasmine my interpreter was quick to respond to any questions or queries I had. We travelled from the UK and were collected at the airport by a friendly driver. The hotel provided by the clinic was perfectly adequate with friendly and attentive staff....the team that carried out the procedure were also most professional and tried to make the whole experience as individual and pain free as possible for which I am very grateful! All of the required medication and aftercare is provided and I am very much looking forward to seeing the results. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
