Non Existent Customer Service

EDIT - They responded to me and provided a full refund

I ordered TRYPTOPHAN WITH MAGNESIUM AND VITAMIN B6 and they shipped it with USPS. The package has not been delivered and when I try to track it on the USPS it says "Moving Through Network In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late" but that was 15 days ago. So not Ana MAria La Justicia's fault but I have now emailed them 3 times to assist and they never respond. That is their fault and a horrible lack of customer service. Its not bad customer service, its non existent customer service. Don't buy fromt his company, they ship by USPS and if the packajge is lost (common on USPS) they won't respond to email askign for assistance.

Too hard to cancel subscription. Twice I submitted a request for help through the customer service form and I got no response. It’s too early to tell if the product works but definitely don’t subscribe and don’t expect any customer service.

Product never arrived awful customer service

The magnesium I paid for on February 1st has not arrived yet. I keep sending messages to anamarialajusticiausa.com and nobody reaches out or shows accountability. I cannot find a telephone number to contact. The tracking shows the UPS facility received the product today, 20 days after I purchased it. I would expect someone to reach out to an explain what could have been the issue during those 20 days, specially when I have reached out to them several times.
