Fraudulent company

After regrettably engaging in business with them, I have discovered that AMZ Founders is a fraudulent company.
I acquired my Amazon store through their intermediary. They claimed that their project managers were very knowledgeable in the Amazon platform, and that they could help manage my business for a percentage of the profit, in addition to a “package fee.”
At first, their project managers used friendly language and promptly answered any questions I had. They sent me messages almost daily to wish me well and to reassure me that my store would be launched soon. However, as soon as I sent multiple wire transfers to their supplier, all subsequent communication was either riddled with ambiguity or absent altogether. I sent many follow-up messages in response to this; some were ignored, and most were met with false promises. This dynamic continued for many months with no resolution.
In addition to their poor communication and lack of transparency, AMZ Founders made major breaches to the contract I signed with them. Their project managers are incompetent and lack basic work ethics. All their staff use fake names, and after further investigation, it also appears as though the address provided on the contract is also fraudulent

I filed a complaint against this company with the Attorney General of New York and with the Attorney General of New Jersey. I will also press charges. I strongly believe that action must be taken against AMZ Founders’ unethical and disingenuous business practices.

Absolute Scam and Human Scum

This company and the people that work for it are complete pieces of garbage. They will not do anything the claim and will not refund your money. I should have filed a dispute when I had the chance with my credit card company, but I fell for their lies. Do not work with them. If you have, file a dispute with your card company while you can. They will not do what they said they are going to do and will
Never give you a refund.

Guys please stay away from this…

Guys please stay away from this company. I have been going back and forth with them for over a year.

They have robbed me 32k USD, I dont have a website and the customer support is awful.

I have been trying to get a refund for over a year and I even received a signed contract from them that they would issue me my refund... fast forward 1 year and I dont have my full refund and every week they tell me they issue a payment and every week I never receive the payment.

They are incompetent, disrespectful and simply a disaster to work with. I genuinely hope nothing but the worst for this organization and the people who run this company.

Awful company, awful human beings and an awful experience.

Avoid at all cost...

Avoid at all cost...

I have been working with AMZ for two years now - I don't have a website and they've taken my money.

After they agreed to a refund given that they did not do what was tasked they have stalled the payments for over a year. With bogus excuses to why I cannot get my money.

This is a fraudulent company and I hope nobody ever does business with these people.

Every single one of the members of this organization is incompetent and unable to fulfill any tasks nor speak a single truth.

I regret ever doing any work with this company and I hope anyone reading this will avoid them at all costs.

Scam

I paid $2500 for a Walmart store and they never gave me my username or password and kept putting me off telling me they were still working on getting the store open. Come to find out they were already generating sales on there own collecting the money and the sales were, so high Walmart closed my store because the customer's were not getting their product they ordered, but AMZ Founders were keeping the money with no product being sent. They also tried to scam me out of $3500 telling me I had to pay for a sellers license for every state. When you do get a hold of them they tell you let me check on the refund and stall with eventually hanging up. This is all very true 100% please believe me and DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. I currently have a lawyer to get my refund and shut them down. Also do not listen to the project manager's for there the ones that will sweet talk you and scam you for every penny you have. Joseph and Jason are the Project manager's

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. What a terrible company. They stole 6800 from me. They will send you items to place on amazon. You give them an order and wire money to them then they never send the inventory and keep your money. I have text messages saying my money will be returned but never return it. Do not give this company any money unless you never want to see it again.

Beware of AMZ Founders: A Costly and Regrettable Experience

Engaging with AMZ Founders has been nothing short of a deeply regrettable experience. From the outset, they painted an inviting picture of a worry-free, done-for-you (DFY) service that promised effortless returns. Yet, my involvement with them turned into a cautionary tale filled with financial loss and unfulfilled promises.Starting in late June, I invested over $3,500,ofwhich $500 went towards a poorly constructed, barely functioning website. This was supposedly a necessary component to opening a Walmart store, yet it was revealed only after the money was paid that I needed to invest further in Home Depot Gift Cards to keep the operation running smoothly. They list on Walmart and use the gift cards to dropship products from Home Depot. You heard that right—sometimes you lose money on items. I recall the greatest margin on a listing was still under $5.00!One of the most frustrating aspects was dealing with my account manager, Harry. His demands were often urgent, with notifications arriving just hours before a task needed to be completed. If you work a full-time job, forget it; if you want to go on vacation, forget it!The entire system felt like an endless sinkhole of time and resources. The supposed DFY management by AMZ Founders was a disaster from the beginning. The spreadsheet containing the gift card information was shared among over 20 contractors and employees of AMZ, leading to inevitable mismanagement, loss, and likely theft by their staff. On multiple occasions, I even found gift cards on my store account's GC spreadsheet that belonged to other accounts, further highlighting the chaos and disorganization. My self-motivated frequent audits of the shared spreadsheet uncovered missing gift cards equivalent to hundreds of dollars. While AMZ Founders acknowledged these discrepancies, their promises of refunding the stolen amounts were empty. It took over six months, filled with persistent reminders from my end, to see any funds returned—or rather, any acknowledgment of their perpetual errors.Despite relinquishing control to AMZ Founders as per their business model, the store never turned a profit. Ultimately, this mismanagement led to a permanent ban on my account and the closure of the store, leaving me with a negative return on investment of a staggering 190%.The ordeal has left me with a significant financial deficit of $5,804.29, and a stockpile of unwanted Home Depot Gift Cards. This cautionary tale serves as a warning to others considering their services: proceed with caution, for my experience with AMZ Founders has been nothing but regretful.

I contacted them thru Facebook

I contacted them thru Facebook. They started telling how much money I will make and after, they started asking me for money every time I talked with them or thru Zoom, but they never showed their faces or turn on the camera. After I sent the first amount of money. At the begging they opened my Walmart account, asked me more money to open Ebay, Shopify, and Amazon, but the only one that sold couple thing was Walmart. Every time they call or email, asking for to buy Home Depot gift cards to "buy items" to sell in Walmart store. Shaun Hill and Elsa Christy ⁹also asked to send money to pay for marketing in social media, but created Instagram account and never was handled properly, not even added a simple link to send customers directly to my stores.
In addition, asked for $13,000 wire transfer to stock my Amazon store, but after that, they disappeared, never answer any emails, texts, etc. Apparently, they changed phone number or maybe blocked my phone number so I can't contact them. Likewise, another guy named Joseph, called me telling another story, apologizing and that now I was in good hands, again...he ghosted me and did the same thing like the other two. DO NOT TRUST IN THEM OR THAT "COMPANY"! THEY ARE SACMMERS AND NOBODY SEEMS TO TAKE THIS SITUATION SERIOUSLY!!! Overall, they stole me around $50,000 and I want my money back! Now, I'm struggling to pay all that money back to my bank and credit cards. I would like know what are the steps to report this to police because I have evidence of everything, even audios!

This company is a group of scammers

This company is a group of scammers. They were AMZ Founders, and now they are trying to hide by changing their name to AMZ Experts. They are experts in nothing, except stealing. But they will lose in the end. They also go by the name AMZ Scientist. The parent company is Astros Digital, and they are just a group of scammers that have apparently ripped off many, many people. Stay away from them! They know nothing about Amazon or Walmart.

My Horrible Experience with AMZ…

My Horrible Experience with AMZ Founders

I started my journey with AMZ Founders in September 2023. It has been a nightmare from the very beginning, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.

Round 1: Shopify Store Disaster
It all began when I was pressured to join AMZ Founders by Jade, who pushed me into starting with a Shopify store. I paid $2,000 for the store, and after a year, I didn’t earn a single dollar in profit.

My first project manager, Daniel, handled my project for three months with no results before being fired. Then Harry took over, but after another three months, still no progress. Over six months, multiple project managers failed to produce a single sale.

Eventually, they convinced me to switch to Amazon FBA, claiming it would be better. Trusting them, I paid the $3,399 Amazon fee. However, their services were abysmal. I constantly had to follow up for updates, and all I got were excuses. My project managers kept changing, with six different people handling my store in a year, none of whom delivered results.

Round 2: Amazon FBA & Inventory Chaos
By October 2024, Abraham became my new project manager. Initially, he seemed promising, regularly updating me about my Amazon store. But then came the inventory phase. I paid $4,500 for inventory, and things took a turn for the worse.

Joseph, from their finance department, insisted I provide consent not to dispute the charge, which raised red flags. Despite my concerns, I paid. Two months passed, and I was still waiting for the inventory. Joseph’s attitude and behavior were unprofessional, and it became evident I was dealing with scammers.

When I finally asked Abraham for a refund, he referred me to Ashley in the finance department. She took over 10 days to respond, and when she finally did, her explanation was laughable. She claimed the refund process would take 100–120 days, contradicting Abraham’s earlier statement that I would receive it within a week.

It became clear their goal was to delay the process until the dispute period expired, ensuring I couldn’t take action against them. Ashley, despite being a “manager,” seemed clueless about the company’s operations, further proving their incompetence.

Round 3: Recent Scam Attempts
Now, Raymond, another so-called manager, has stepped in to argue about the refund process. His approach was equally unprofessional, and it’s evident they have no intention of refunding my money.

Final Thoughts
I’ve wasted over $10,000 and an entire year with AMZ Founders, only to end up with nothing. Their entire team is untrustworthy, and their business practices are designed to scam people.

Advice:

Do NOT trust AMZ Founders.
Always use a credit card for payments to dispute charges if necessary.
Thoroughly research companies before investing your hard-earned money.
If you’ve had a similar experience or want to discuss this further, feel free to contact me. I’m here to help others avoid falling into the same trap

Beware of AMZ Founders for Amazon FBA…

Beware of AMZ Founders for Amazon FBA Services

My experience with AMZ Founders has been a financial and emotional nightmare. After investing over $10,000, I received no viable results, no products delivered to Amazon, and no accountability from the company.

Over the course of 10 months, I faced constant delays, mismanagement, and silence from project managers. Despite upfront communication about my budget, AMZ Founders failed to identify a viable product. They recommended a mismatched product, leading to a reimbursement from Amazon for damaged goods. Later, I was charged $1,500 for a "vendor subscription" and an additional $5,500 for inventory that was never delivered or accounted for.

Efforts to resolve the situation, including numerous emails and calls, were met with silence or shifting excuses. I was also charged $1,000 for a Virtual Private Server without evidence of its use or necessity.

This company’s lack of transparency and accountability has cost me thousands of dollars. I caution anyone considering their services not to trust them. I am now pursuing action through the State Attorney General to seek a resolution. Save yourself the financial and emotional stress and avoid AMZ Founders. I encourage everyone that has been scammed also file complaint with AG. I would not believe any positive reviews posted of this Company. This Company is 100 percent not trustworthy.

This company scammed me out of more…

This company scammed me out of more than 2500 dollars, plus the cost of a year subscription cost for a Shopify account and did nothing they said they would, said they would give me a full refund but never did, and then called me and year later and begged me to let them fix everything and it wouldn't cost me anymore money. They redid the Shopify store and then asked me to pay them 1500 more dollars. These people need to be stopped. If this happened to anyone else please contact me and let's work together on a solution so they can't keep doing this to people.

Completely SCAM!

I hired them on Aug 1 with the Amz wholesale package. After that I made some inventory orders but they never reached amazon. Always this and that happened as excuse but I never got a single cent back. Although I had a good communication with them it looks they were just buying time and once I requested my refund I did not get any answers even already waited months and months for my inventory. I will keep my review because as today it looks to be a SCAM. In case they refund my money I can consider updating my review. So far be aware this really happened to me.

I trusted them and read these positive review here but they are not the truth. DO NOT work with them or if you still want, never pay in banking transfer. Pay by credit card so you can at least dispute later.

Update: It has been 18 days since I requested my refund and no answer so far.

I sent 3 more emails and nobody answers it.

They are trying to create fake good reviews but pay attention how the negative ones are more real.

A bunch of frauds- Please read my note before you deal

I came across AMZ founder, a scammer through Facebook. I established contact with them and someone could convince me to go for a deal to establish and run a Shopify store. So, I invested $3000 through wire transfer. They come up with a list of prospective businesses for me. I picked pet products for my store. They prepared a website by a bunch of unprofessional developers with so many mistakes. I repeatedly informed them about the mistakes but they could never solve the issues. They hosted in Shopify and started a FB page for my store. But because of the faulty website, I could not manage to sell even a single product. Then I abandoned the store. After a few months, someone with a fake name (they use fake names), called me and asked me to open an Amazon store. He came up with a very convincing business model and assured me to make up for the loss from the previous project. I trust people so quickly. So I entered the trap for the second time. I invested $2000 for LLC creation and seller certification. They did it by taking two months. After that, they asked for another $1000 for VPS. I wanted to pay monthly, but they insisted on an annual subscription. I paid $1044 for that. After that, they asked for money for inventory. I paid one company (given by AMZ founders) $3477.54 (through wire transfer, they insisted on that method of payment). Within 2 weeks the store was supposed to start selling and generating income. But for almost a month it did not. Then they come up with another excuse that the inventory seller is out of stock and they got the money back. They now come up with another vendor to supply products to Amazon for my store. They took another two weeks. After 4 weeks they could not do anything. I was calling them to talk to the person of my contact, but he never picked up my phone. Whenever you call them, someone picks up so that you get the impression that they are caring for you.
But in fact, it is how they cheat. From my experience with them, I find that they are scammers working from outside the USA. So please, please, please never deal with them. Initially, they will impress you with eye-catching research and profit prospects, but end of the day they will give you a big zero. If you have money do something on your own. Never believe them. If you find any positive reviews, these are fabricated. Anybody wants more specific information, may contact me. I will love to share.
