Bought 2 complete lowers for under 120 dollars. C'mon. Had occasion to interact with customer service twice. Both times courteous and professional. I am a loyal customer due to shipping times, price, selection. I wish all gun sites were this efficient.

I live in the draconian State of California -- Ammo Depot was absolutely willing to ship to my local FFL and take care of the necessary paperwork. I got my order in a timely manner and am thrilled. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ammunition Depot for shipping to California.

Let’s tell the truth. An ordering mistake was made on my end. I quickly contacted AD to fix the error. I was told that it would be easier to cancel my original order and then place the order again correctly. No problem here. However, the associate didn’t realize that my order couldn’t be cancelled due to speedy shipping of items that are not ammunition. To shorten the story, I had to receive the original order in full and return it before getting a refund. Now here comes the 5 stars: AD and I spoke / emailed about this issue and they were more than willing to send me return labels for two separate shipments, not charge me any restocking fees and promptly issue me a refund once receiving the tracking information for my shipments. It was the smoothest process ever!! I will definitely continue to shop with Ammunition Depot. The prices are reasonable and the customer service I received was the icing and candles on the cake! Thank you AD!!!

My shipment was packaged well and arrived in a timely manner. I did have a problem with one magazine and was able to talk to someone quickly who was very pleasant and issued me a refund within a day. The customer service is excellent. I placed an order and forgot the free shipping code on Saturday. When I realized my mistake I left a request on their website hoping to correct it. Two days later on Monday morning, Jasper in the Customer Service promptly applied the code and immediately notified me that he had taken care of my mistake. This is just one of the reasons why I use A.D. for my ammo. Their prices and expedient processes are why I have been using this company for almost a decade. You can't go wrong with Ammunition Depot.

Sometimes I try to order online and it doesn't always work for me, But if I call customer service, they are so quick and efficient at getting my order through. The pricing structure for all their products. Is very fair? And even offer free shipping at certain levels. Even if I have issues with certain ammo, feeding through different weapons, they offer to replace it. Their customer service is a hundred percent all the time.

I have ordered several times from Ammunition Depot and been very satisfied with their prompt and attentive service. Unfortunately, with the recent elimination of free shipping, they are no longer competitive in the marketplace and I will not be ordering from them again. I certainly understand the challenges of running a small business, but as long as there are cheaper options out there that included free shipping, ordering from AD in the future is going to be a tough sell.
