So sorry to hear your Eid was hijacked by shipping delays, emotional fallout, and what sounds like a very intense family tribunal. We get it. Nothing says "holiday cheer" like being tag-teamed by your mom and your wife over a late package. You really painted a picture: delayed items, missed expectations, Texas purgatory, and a double dose of family fury. We are just surprised the dog did not yell at you too.
Let’s break it down. You placed your order on May 18, and we shipped it on May 22, which is within our standard 3 to 5 business day processing window. That said, UPS apparently decided to take the scenic route through Texas.
We did experience a delay getting your package out due to a backlog on some of the items in your order. That is completely on us, and we understand it is not ideal.
We know how frustrating this was, especially when you planned ahead and still ended up looking like the villain in your own household. That is not the experience we ever want to deliver.
We also understand that standard timelines do not mean much when you are under Eid-level pressure. Add a UPS detour, and suddenly you are explaining logistics to your family like you run a distribution center.
On a side note, was not Eid on June 6 this year? You still received the items on June 2, right? Or was this a different Eid? Just want to make sure we understand what went wrong.
We are reviewing what happened on our end and will follow up in your inbox with a resolution. No one deserves to be yelled at on a holy day and deal with shipping drama on top of it.

I’m very pleased with the quality of product I received. I ordered the Incense Bakhoor Sample because I’m not familiar with the sets. I’m glad they offer this option to try the different types of bakhoor. The shipping time wasn’t bad either. I would definitely order again.

Scent smell amazing. I do not know if they are perfect matches to what they are marketed after but I am sure they are very close. But I would definitely recommend you try a tester spray before getting a big bottle. Just to see how it actually would smell. Packaging was very neat and well kept.
