Your entire crew! Everyone was professional, kind and fun! We loved the food and the choices. Ship was clean. All n all made for a great experience! We even booked for 2026 for a Maine cruise!!

The crew, the food, the excursions,everything was wonderful. We had a really nice trip. The only negative thing was our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the previous trip and the room carpet needed a good cleaning. Also, the little pastry left everyday was very yummy but a fork would have been nice.
All that said, it was exactly the vacation I needed!

Our New England Islands cruise on American Cruise Lines exceeded all our expectations. Our room was more than adequate. The food was exquisite. The service was phenomenal. The evening on-board entertainment was amazing. The hospitality of the crew and management (cruise director, hospitality director, food service director) was exceptional.
For my wife and me, this was our second ACL cruise. We were pleased with our experience in 2024, but this year's experience was far superior to our first cruise.

Everything was great except for cleanliness of our room. The American Heritage needs a deep clean and some decor replaced. The staff and food were great! I would travel on American Cruise Lines again.

Enjoyed the cruise immensely! Everyone was helpful and pleasant and courteous. Really have everything covered. We had a great time on the Hells Canyon jet boat tour. Our luggage was loaded for us and in our room when we arrived to our ship. The cleaning crew kept our room spotless for the entire trip. Meals were delicious! We re- booked for another cruise because we enjoyed this one so much!

Wish I could remember everyone’s names-
I enjoyed our excursions very much .
The new one to Cannon Beach was super special as well as Ft Clatsop, cape Disappointment & Mt St Helens.
The entertainment in the evening was very good- great artists.
The chef was very accommodating to my sister in law who had dietary restrictions- all the wait staff were so very very nice.
Meals were good.
Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!
