5 star premium watch for a good price!

This watch is absolutely brilliant so far. I just bought it via Amazon and it came within 2 days. It has all the features it said to food nutrition values, own workout plans, smart sleeping, voice assistant and so much more I will be here all day. The design is sleek and fits my arm perfectly and is not irritating. The packaging was also good. For a low price you get such a premium watch it is amazing. I will leave another review after wearing it for some more time. Just one thing however the charger is good however it easily falls off the back of the watch, but it is not too bad.

Bought an Amazfit Health Watch for my…

Bought an Amazfit Health Watch for my son for his birthday. He wore it 37 days and it won't charge. It shakes violently when put on the charger and will not even turn on. I contacted Best Buy and they said they couldn't do anything because it was over 30 days. I had to contact Amazfit. I did and they will not do anything. They don't answer emails although that is the way they want you to contact them. They sell junk and they know it because they will not back their products. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Don't buy their junk products!!!!! Also, Best Buy has lost my business forever. Even though Amazfit has crappy products and customer service, they still sell their products. Amazfit is a scammer business!!!

Very unethical way of selling products

I ordered a smart watch on Us.amazfit.com, it was not clearly mentioned that duties and taxes will be paid by the customer, it was hidden like those fine prints. Even FedEx didn’t inform me of the same instead delivered the product to my door step without providing any information if there was any duty paid or not. And after more than a month a tax bill was mailed out to say we owe 68% to FedEx in lieu of duties and taxes paid as they have paid duty to customs on our behalf whereas no one either Amazfit or FedEx informed us. Will never be buying anything from them ever again and will never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. The same watch was equal to the same price I had to pay in duties and taxes to customs now it has cost me double the price available on Amazon.

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – Avoid Amazfit

I’ve had my Amazfit GTR 4 for just 2 years, and the crown button has already stopped working. But the real shock came when I tried to get help from Amazfit’s customer support – and I use the term “support” very loosely.

Their WhatsApp support is beyond unprofessional. They can’t even respond in basic, coherent English, consistently dodge questions, and take 2–3 days to respond at their convenience, if at all. It feels like they’ve outsourced support to people who have no idea what they’re doing – or simply don’t care.

Phone support is a joke. Calls either don’t connect, or when they do, they’re rudely disconnected mid-conversation. No apology, no solution – just complete disregard. As for their email support? Non-existent. You’ll be lucky to get a generic, copy-pasted reply (if you get one at all).

It’s crystal clear that Amazfit is completely unwilling to engage in even the most basic level of customer communication. Forget empathy or solutions – you’ll be fighting just to get a simple acknowledgment.

It’s unacceptable that a premium smartwatch breaks down in just two years and the company acts like your issue doesn’t exist. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Amazfit unless you want to deal with a product that doesn’t last and a support team that’s worse than useless.

I love these watches

I love these watches. Definitely worth the money and they are quite inexpensive. I started off with the Amazfit T-Rex, then bought the T-Rex 2 and when the T-Rex 3 came out I had to have it. These watches do all I need them to do and no gimmicks. Love their features and battery life. My wife has an Apple watch and and just cannot see myself having to charge the watch every day. Ok, OK, they advertise up to 24 days of battery life, but they key here is "Up to". Of course if all of the functionalities are enabled it will reduce the life significantly and yes, the watch warns you prior to enabling features. I have pretty much all features enabled and still get ~8 - 9 days! I am happy with that. They too are a real eye candy and I get asked and complements a lot about my watch!

Cracked Watch face

I was enjoying the watch and then I realized the face has a big scratch in it or a crack. I don't know how it got there. I didn't have an impact. I am retired so I don't go to work with a watch on and I don't do anything strenuous that would cause it to crack. I asked them for assistance. They said they cannot help. They told me that I had to get it repaired which would probably cost more than buying a new watch. I've only had the watch for about 90 days. Can I recommend this company will never buy another product from them.

Overheating T-Rex 3. No customer service or returns.

The new T-Rex 3 watch got very hot after two days of use. I sent a message to Amazfit that I want to return it. It's been 3 weeks and the customer service office has not responded to my two messages regarding the return. They have no customers, zero customer service so if you buy a watch and it's faulty you won't return it or Amazfit doesn't repair it under warranty because you can't contact them, no customer service.

A company that makes terrible products…

A company that makes terrible products and has no moral or ethical value. My Amazfit GTR3 Pro watch had a faulty touchscreen within the warranty period, but Amazfit refuses to give me another watch to replace the faulty one.
Don't buy products from this brand.

Watch broke within warranty but no response from customer services

Wish I had read these reviews before buying from Amazfit. Got a GTS 3 watch that worked fine for just under a year, then one day got a black screen and it wont even switch on when charged. Contacted Amazfit customer services but no response for weeks despite fact watch is still under warranty and should be covered for being faulty. Thanks for that, clearly they couldnt care less about customer service.

Never buy Amazfit

Never buy Amazfit, otherwise you will regret for good. Worst customer service, I am trying to contact for 3 weeks but no proper answer.

Lies..more lies and damned lies!!

I got the gtr3 pro about a year and a half ago and, in fairness, it worked well and did what I needed it to.

Untill one day when I realised my sleep had been tracked without my permission. I checked the next night and I had definitely turned sleep tracking off but my sleep was still tracked.

Then things really hit the fan.

The agps refused to update for weeks at a time and when I contacted the company, they (at first) blamed me and then after much stress, begrudgingly told me the problem had been resolved.

Guess what.... It wasn't.

Fast forward to about three weeks ago and I got a t rex 2 because I wanted something to track me when I swam.

Except it can't really do anything without draining the battery

Oh and I can't turn off sleep tracking, or Bluetooth. Both of which are on 24 hours a day and sucking the battery empty to a point t where I feel it may collapse in on itself.

Today the gtr3 decided it no longer wanted to be water proof (advertised as up to 50m and all I did was have a shower ) and the speaker died. This means the warranty I had for it is no longer valid. Getting parts is difficult but the gtr3 pro is (for now) quite a good watch and hopefully it can last long enough for me to find a fitness watch that actually works and does what the advert says.

T rex 2 is advertised as having a 24 day battery life and the day that happens is the day the sun explodes because this watch is worse than bad. With a bad watch you know what you're getting but with anything from amazfit you're led to believe it's an awesome watch but it's all a lie.

Customer service is anything but..
The watch makes the call in what stays on..
The batteries are terrible

Don't buy from them or anything they sell.

"Watch under warranty (GTR 3 PRO) sent…

"Watch under warranty (GTR 3 PRO) sent in for repair on March 15 with RMA: SAT-0002934938 (3187663). On April 11, they informed me that they were sending a replacement watch under warranty. As of today, I still don't know where my watch is, neither the replacement nor the faulty one.... I'm still waiting for either of them to arrive, and the worst part is that there is no tracking for shipment tracking, and these incompetent individuals are unable to respond to emails. I feel cheated and robbed."

Scammers. Don´t buy anything!!!!!!!!

Scammers.

But checking Trustpilot I see that I am not the only one. Ordered a smartwatch and never received it. For months I have been trying to make them know and probe me that the smartwatch was delivered to me and they never answered any question nor give any solution (cause simply, the smartwacht, if it was delivered, it was not delivered to me and they will not check to whom).

Don´t buy anything cause they are no more than scammers. And I can probe that I have been texting them for more than 2 months

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!!
T-Rex 2 watch is nothing more than a kids toy. The altimeter is nothing short of a joke. It changes itself to ridiculous altitudes without even moving from the one room.
Customer service are useless and rude. Claiming it's normal for it to change from 36mt to 42mt without moving. Yet they refuse to even acknowledge that it changes from 36mt to 79mt without even leaving the room or jumping down to minus 17mt in the same place.
THE APPS ARE A JOKE AS IS THE STAR RATING OF THE APPS. THEY PUT A 5 STAR RATING ON THEIR OWN APPS PRIOR TO RELEASE.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
They offered for me to send the watch back for testing Yet when i accepted this and asked where to send it to. I was then told they don't take returns. WHY OFFER IT THEN YOU MUPPETS???

Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money. I 'upgraded' from a much cheaper unbranded tactical style Smart Watch which actually felt more sturdy and....worked!!! My T-Rex Pro was utter garbage. It just would not measure any stats. Kept telling me it needed to be specifically placed on my arm or tighter or that I should be wearing it....which I was!!! Very poor experience with an overpriced, and frankly garbage product. Why £40 unbranded special was not as poor as I thought. As for support!!!! amazfit website was equally substandard and don't get me started on Amazon support. The chat service was manned by the typically clueless and under trained individuals. Barely out of the packaging for half a day and it is on its way back to Amazon. Jess won't be getting my money this time around.

THIEVES !!!!

Ordered something in Spain. Has never been delivered. They claim it has been delivered and I have signed for having it received. Keep telling not to worry and they would send it again or give money back. We are now 4 months further in time. They have done nothing, and do not react anymore on mails. It was a watch that my daughter bought for herself. Couple of thieves that steel from children!!!!
