I had a severe burn on my arm and didn’t know what steps to take. I messaged Amaze and within minutes someone reached out to me to get more information. They then proceeded to call me where I talked to Jennifer. She was so patience and caring. She showed her concern for my injury and proceeded to prescribe the appropriate medication and a pharmacy where I could pick it up. I couldn’t believe how quick, easy and helpful the Amaze app was and I was even more impressed with the staff who helped me. I want to say thanks to Jennifer who assisted me and made me feel like I was in good hands.

From the moment I had the preliminary interview to be given a choice which counselor to choose. It was very easy-going. Whatever it was set, it was done in a very professional and caring manner. There was immediate responsiveness, and good coverage when the counselor was not available. I would highly recommend this to anybody who is seeking support and improving their mental health. Shad was caring, professional and helpful!

My experience has been great because of the perfect medical care I have been given here. I have made more headway with amaze then anywhere else. I have gotten proper medicine, and proper advice based on my health issues. Much better than my previous doctors. All I can say is that I will be using a maze for a long long time.

Yezenia helped me through a traumatic time in my life. She listened to me wholeheartedly. She gave me ideas to help me work through what I was going through and helped me see things in different ways. I always knew if i needed her she would be there. I have never received this level of quality care before. The team at AMAZE Health has been incredible. Chasity Sisson and Dhruvi Dave worked seamlessly to adjust my blood pressure medication, showing both expertise and genuine concern for my well-being. Grace Hall went above and beyond to help locate a nephrology specialist. The coordination and attention from the entire team have been unlike anything I’ve experienced. I truly feel cared for—this is healthcare the way it should be.

Amaze has been great to work with for mental health! I reached out to them about therapy when I was going through a tough time. I was connected to a mental health nurse who explained their mental health services and then she connected me to a therapist, Shad. I wasn't sure if short-term therapy is what I wanted/needed. I had several things I wanted to work on and dedicated a lot of time to working on my mental health. I decided to give it a try anyway. Shad gave me homework to work on in between appointments so I could really utilize the time I had and get a lot of results in a short time. Shad really knows his stuff and is easy to talk to. He helped me through high anxiety and some depression I was experiencing. He is quick and effective! Shad really cares and offered more support and resources as needed. Thanks for your support, Shad! After graduating therapy, Amaze has a couple options for ongoing mental wellness support which I appreciate. I'm really impressed with Amaze!

I had no idea that FREE mental health services came with my insurance membership. Then, after I discovered this, I have to say I was very skeptical that they would be any good. Because ya know...free. But after being connected with Shad, I cannot say enough good things about the service. He was so helpful and I probably got 8 free sessions over the course of 4-5 months with him. The whole process was so easy with the video calls. Don't wait, reach out!!

Laura was surprisingly exceptional. She was genuinely concerned and moved into action immediately. She found my insurance and a my clinic, made an appointment and got me right in. She has followed up with me everyday since while going through this awful physical experience. I'm officially sold on the benefits of keeping AMAZE services because of Laura! Congratulations to management for having the insight to hire such extraordinary people.
