I found the app very easy to use, the support is amazing and the prices are low.
I set up 2-3 signal bots in a few clicks and so far I managed to have 6% back in less than one week. Amazing!

1 bad apple in their support team
As a newbe to their platform and experiencing some problems while integrating 2 accounts on their platform, I've reached out to their customer support chat many times.
Most of the support people read my question and if they didn't understand it, asked some more, when they've understood my problem they responded to it either directly either after forwarding it to Level 2 support people: Mostly directly, but sometimes after some hours I enough info to understand what happened, so had my issue resolved.
4 issues never got resolved though: Apparently there's a support assistant 'Pedro' that is not reading any question at all but answers with "this is too technical, I'll forward it" and then starts doing things lke closing positions or doing other things I am quite sure their platform couldn't have done it by itself...
Today (4th issue Pedro responded like that) he closed down my Altrady position (so a bunch of Take Profit and Stop Loss orders combined) I was getting 2 notification for I didn't understand and couldn't find any information about on their website (hence my reason to ask for help), and now I've lost these all entries...
I have proof of these facts, I am ready to discuss that with his boss, told him so and asked to be transfered to a colleage: as always he just replied something about them not being allowed to contact by phone, never transferred the chat ánd I saw the effects of him intervening once more in my account...
Hopefully others do the same after reading this review on Trustpilot, I really hope this otherwise nice team don't get trashed by 1 bad person that makes people ran from their platform...

Just to reassure you, no staff member can close positions on your behalf. If a position has closed it can only be 1 of 3 things, the position is updated and closed properly, the user closed or deleted the position or there is a bug in the system. But I can personally guarantee you no staff member can close positions.
For your cases, we are carefully analysing what has happened and we will respond to you via the normal customer support route.
We will take this case as a lesson as well on how we can improve our customer service.
