I had issues logging in and somebody helped me in seconds, incredible! and they were friendly. They shipped my miner out that day and contacted my hosting facility with the tracking information. I went from purchase to hashing in less than 3 days. Amazing!

Quick and Human

I used the website chat function for after warranty tech service. This was the second time I needed tech support, after first sending in my new device for repair. (That's when I sent it to the wrong address, and they went above and beyond to successfully retreive it). Now it is out of warranty, but the tech on the chat still helped me out, and quickly. Issued resolved, and my device is up and running again. If you become a customer, they will go out of their way to make it right.

It runs cool so that is a big plus

It runs cool so that is a big plus. I had a hard time getting the display to work since it was so loose. But got that going and am well pleased, mainly because it runs cool in comparison with other two Gammas.

Great customer service

I’ve always liked Altair Technology. They stock good products and have always treated me fairly. Kris has recently helped me return a product that doesn’t work the way I thought it did. My fault but the company was prompt to reply and help. I keep ordering from them so I think the are great!
