Disappointed with quality of service
Tried to pay my insurance premium but it wouldn’t take online so had to ask your rep what to do. Registered for two of your CLEs at different times but never got the links to participate. Emailed your CLE coordinator and didn’t hear back. Emailed my insurance rep and got no reply either. Not reasons to look for another insurance company but too bad my impression of your work is not very high.
