Ordered Salomon Z10 bindings from AlpineEast. They arrived quickly, were in great condition and they are now on my skis. Have not had a chance to use them on the slopes yet, but hopefully I will soon! :)

worst customer service ever, they sent me the wrong item than refused to resend and hid behind amazon. they called me a liar and a thief saying i gave them the wrong item as a return. does not even make sense right?? there are several awesome new england mtb online sites avoid this one at all costs they are simply bad business

I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 965 for my daughter’s birthday and the watch arrived to the main hub near my house on Friday March 8th. I figured I was getting my watch early until I noticed the watch was requested to be sent back to seller. When I reached out I was told their “fraud department” notified them as possible fraud. If you were paid for a product, the customer expects their package. This is called a business transaction. So now I still don’t have the birthday present or a response as to when I will receive the watch. I’m about to call my bank and tell them Alpine East is a scam business. I’m also reporting them to the BBB.
