The size small is a joke.
Very, extremely small. It supposed to be a size Small for women not for kids! I spent $130
They denied any exchanges because of the policy and this is crazy because this was my third order.

I ordered leggings May 17th. I still have not received the leggings. I have mailed customer support at least 3 times, in the last 2 weeks, requesting, as to when I may receive, the leggings or have a refund. No reply at all or refund.

Christian Guzman did a great job with the rebrand — styles have improved, and the shipping times are much faster! I ordered on the 28th and had my package by the 1st. Highly recommend the rolled muscle tee and adapt cutoff for men!

I placed an order for the first time and was short one item. After waiting a week with no update, I had to reach out myself. That’s when I was informed there was an inventory issue with the manufacturer — but no one had contacted me about it beforehand.

I was told I’d receive a refund, but it's been nearly a month and I still haven’t seen it.

I placed a second order through PayPal, which was confirmed on their end, but Alphalete has no record of it.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Hoping it gets resolved soon.

Really love Alphaletes shorts! I do not like high rise and seems like the majority of leggings/shorts are these days, but Alphalete offers some mid rise and I really appreciate that. The shorts do not ride up which is awesome especially for a girl with thick legs. I would give 5 stars but the leggings are too long for me and there is not a shorter option.

I used to really love their clothing. It was more inclusive for those with larger busts and didn't pill quite so easily. Lately it seems like the sports bras are only for those that have an A/B/C cup. The material of most things is soft but if you brush against something remotely rough it roughs up the material. Also, liked when there were more options for pants without the booty scrunch.

Terrible company, don’t bother ordering from them.
Ordered 2 leggings for my wife on April 23rd, made a payment via Paypal. Decided to read reviews and found terrible rating, lot of complaints. I wanted to cancel order straight away 20min after purchase. Their customer service link was redirected to th 3rd party as min existing page, they did not have any email, phone number on their website. I did not receive confirmation email with order number, nothing at all, just paypal confirmation about transaction. Tried to cancel via Paypal, they also did not have any contact details. I was unable to cancel order, so I decided to open up dispute via Paypal. 3 days later items arrived, undersized. Returned following days and provided Paypal with all receipts.
Managed to contacted them via email as it appeared on their website, enquired about refund. Their policy is 10days after receiving return to process and another 25days to get your money back. I exchanged few emails with them (they were polite and answered quickly) but they were not helpfull, blaming Paypal holding off because of opened dispute. So, I got my mone back after 2 months.
Dear Alphalete, I will never be using your online shop again and I don’t recommend your service to othe people.

These shorts arrived fast and fit absolutely perfect; better than other brands that I ordered. I wound up winning in men’s physique true novice, men’s physique novice, and my men’s physique open class in my first ever show.

I sent a support email as I received the wrong sized item. I never heard back from this initial support email. I spent a lot of money on the product, as a Father’s Day gift; however, my husband is unable to wear them. I sent a second email this morning in hopes to get reconciliation of my order.
