Disappointing ordering experience
I ordered a summer sweater that did not look at all like it did in the catalog. Return guidance was difficult to track down and no return shipping label was provided. I was disappointed in the whole experience.

Unsatisfactory experience
The ad said the coat was knitted, but it was felt. The
upper sleeves were too narrow to put the coat on over a sweater. I asked about returning it and an email said I would hear whether I could in 4 days. Never dealt with a business where I had to get permission to return something. I still haven't heard anything about the return.

Beautiful alpaca blankets and fantastic customer service
I bought the most beautiful alpaca throw blanket for springtime for my newly designed bedroom from Alpaca Collections. Its lovely pattern and high quality materials stood out even among higher priced designer alpaca blankets I was also looking at. I have an extraordinary alpaca bomber jockey from Alpaca Collections. Sadly, I recently discovered a moth has found my beloved jacket as much as me. When I went on the website i unfortunately discovered it was out-of-stock. I emailed the company and they said they are working to restock, which will be able to see on the website.
But the wonderful, personal email I received about the restocking affirmed the passion. Of these folks for what they do. And I’m doing something highly unusual for me by writing a positive review. Below is my email to them:
