SCAMMERS? ORDER PLACE, NO MANUAL, NO REFUND
I placed an order on 4/8/2025, never got the manual. I sent an email to customer service on 4/13/2025 asking where manual was since coming as PDF. Their response, we are still looking for the manual. On 5/4/2025 I asked for a refund since it had been a month since I placed the order. I was told on 5/4/2025 that I would promptly be reimbursed by original method of payment, which could take 5-10 business days. It has now been 21 days since this email was sent and NO REFUND has been done.

They are working on it.
This is a good company that is very responsive. Although they sent me a manual for a different machine, they got right back to me and assured me they are working on it and offered a refund. The machine is not an American product, so I was not surprised they were having some difficulty finding it.
