The person I dealt with mainly was Lisa Martin. She was pleasant, and took care of some of the minor issues effectively. Overall, I think they did a pretty good of making the arrangement for transport. I do think they post up a low ball price to get you to sign on with them, as the price of $850, which was super low compared to others, went to about $1400, which was the norm for other transports. The transporter truck driver, Dan from Az, was very professional and completed the task on time, with delivery to Massachusetts.

Honestly I am so disappointed I went with this company. I was initially quoted $550, and then THE DAY OF pick up, they told me the price would be $1200. I cancelled because that was double the original price and asked if my car could be shipped a different day for the original quoted price, they agreed… then come to find out DAYS later they could not find me a driver unless I paid $1300, and I NEEDED my car to be shipped so was forced to be scammed. Secondly, the communication was absolutely terrible. They said they would pick up my vehicle between 1-2 and it wasn’t picked up till around 5pm. And then when it came time to drop the vehicle off they gave me a couple of minutes notice to drive someone to meet them to pick up the vehicle. It was honestly so upsetting to deal with this messed up company. Especially when they’re taking all your money.

Total SCAM - as others have said! I would give zero stars if I could. I got a quote for $525 from Mike when I sent a shipping request - no caveats as to date or other issues, just a firm quote that stated it included insurance and all other items. The next day, after seeing many negative online reviews, I contacted Mike stating I needed a firm price and was flexible on shipping date but not did want any surprise price increases. The next quote I got was for $1,025 - nearly twice the first one. AVOID this company at all costs. They are old school bait and switch and a COMPLETE SCAM!!!
