Bad attitudes, mediocre prices & very full of themselves
It's great that the answer the phone, but the entire call was a bother for the person. Smug attitude, couldn't care less about my questions, just painful, the call lasted 3 minutes. I ended up still ordering from them, but I never would again, I guarantee if you have problems these guys that will blame everything on you. & when you need warranty repair they will do nothing as it would create some work for them.
Shipping is ridiculously expensive, slow & they try to jam a "insurance" fee that you have to spend 30 minutes figure out how to get rid of that they count on you missing.
Just run a business guys and quit with the flim flam nonsense and realize if a customer calls for a question they don't know what you do and you don't have to have a attitude with every word and question.
Don't run this type of business if you can't handle dealing with the public

Beware of the shipping rates
My cart showed for product LIF-G2777 price: $71.99, ASE Delivery: $1.95, shipping (to 75069) $279.00, taxes: $28.35. This was wrong on so many dimensions, I had to abandon and go elsewhere where I got the same product for $ 90 with free shipping.
Just an update, I did receive this product from another vendor who charged no shipping.

It’s NOT Worth It…!!!!
Wow… I gave them 1 Star, because it’s the least it would allow me to give. I don’t care WHAT it looks like you might save, by buying from All Security… it’s NOT worth it!! You will Not get Any Help, Any Answers or Any type of Customer Service or Support from this company!! Oh, they definitely want you buy from them… but after that, they don’t even want to talk to you or have anything to do with you. All they want to do, is refer you to your “Local” Dealer Support.
I spent A Lot of money with this company, on a duel swing gate opener, with XL control panel, 20watt solar panel, vehicle exit system and multiple wireless remotes and keypad. The system did not work from the very beginning. After several attempts to contact All Security, I was told every time to contact the manufacturer of the system or my local service center. The manufacturer didn’t want to speak with me, because I wasn’t an authorized dealer or service center. Had it Not been for a local door and gate company here where I live, I would have Never got it fixed. After two or three attempts and a few parts later, they were able to get the problem solved. The parts were all covered under warranty, from the Manufacturer, not from All Security. I did however have to pay my local service center for all the labor… which I understand. I did not purchase the unit from them, nor did they install the system. I got Absolutely NO HELP, Whatsoever from All Security!!! NONE!!
It doesn’t matter how much you might “Save” buying from All Security… in the end, it will cost you Way More!!! And you are left feeling absolutely deserted and that you may have just wasted a lot of money, in the process!!
Contact the manufacturer of whatever you are trying to buy from All Security, and find out who your Local Dealer is… and buy from Them!! In the end, you will save yourself a Lot of Money and A LOT of Headaches!!!!
All Security is NOT a Trustworthy Company and I will NEVER buy Anything, again from them!!
STAY AWAY FROM ALL SECURITY… RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!
