Hello Brenda, I pressed send on the email with return instructions about 10 seconds before I received this review. I saw that you ordered from us last year and had previously ordered the same size filter just made by a different manufacturer so not sure if you changed your filter equipment or need to check again because what you ordered is the same exact size of what you ordered last year.
