Allfrom lacks good quality control.
While the product seems sturdy, it is NOT easy to assemble, especially for one person, although that's what they claim. Their assembly video shows one person assembling the sofa with ease.... that was NOT my experience and I'm very handy. The parts did not line up as easily as they should have and there was wood shavings and splinters everywhere. I ordered an Ottoman in addition to the sofa and it included a damaged leg, with a crooked screw embedded in it. I was required to send pictures to Allform in order to get a replacement sent. I just received the replacement leg and it is damaged as well. It has scratches and little dents in the wood and the screw has dry glue all over it. It is extremely obvious to me that Allfrom lacks good quality control.
